Ethan was such a kind helper today to my mom. We come here very often to get our waters. Ethan came out with a stocking cart but saw the struggle of the heaviness and assisted right away. He was so friendly and represented Sam's Club in a positive way. My mom's arthritis acts up and I have a slipped disc in my back so we were very grateful! 5/5 on customer service! Hilda is also such a delight when you exit the store, always has a smile and ready to help attitude.

All I have to say here is... totally worth shopping and using the Sam's Club phone app. You just scan your items on your cart then go straight to the exit! They will check/scan a few of your items and you are out the door. You bypass the long checkout lines! So easy and so fast!

It's clean and has a lot of products. Employees are all nice. My fruit doesn't go bad like at the other club store. But NOT ENOUGH TELLERS Employee is going through this line of 20 telling people use self check or scan but you can't do that for alcohol. And I hear people saying the app isn't working for them. And last time I came they didn't even put my stuff in the cart. Like seriously, you are lifting it up scan anyway why can't you place it in the cart? The receipt checker said the new employees are being trained not to do that. What? Get a grip Sam's Club management. Hire more employees or pay us if shopping also is working.

I literally haven't been to Sam's Club in over a decade. Growing up, my mom used to take me and my sisters here all the time on her grocery trips; along with Food4Less, Walmart, and the 99 Cents Store . After spending almost an hour in Sam's Club, I realized I should've come by a lot sooner! Unlike Costco, I can a actually WALK through the aisles. You don't have to fight with other shoppers for space! AND, it's SOOO nice to just be able to walk through the store without having to navigate through tight spaces, get constantly blocked huge swathes of shoppers and their families, and wait in absurdly long checkout lines. To my surprise, they still have a great selection of products too! I found a DELICIOUS bag of tortilla chips made by their house brand Member's Mark! They taste like a better version of Doritos! It pairs great with the Member's Mark fresh salsa too! Other than the chips, they have a lot of other stuff too! Come check it out!

Less busy than the other big box store. Doesn't mean that it isn't good! We find that Sam's has a different selection of items to augment our shopping. Hard to find or unique items at a reasonable price. If you buy in bulk, the membership is worth it. Filling up on great gas prices? The lines are wayyyyyy shorter here.

Angela that works in gas is amazing. Some lady cut me in line and I was upset Angela quickly came over to defuse the situation and seeing that I'm 7 months pregnant even pumped my gas so I didn't have to get out of my car. She made my day better so shout out to you Angela!

Decided to fill up on gas and stopped by here for the first time. Pros: - fuel prices are decent with current events. - plenty of lanes/pumps to disperse the traffic Cons: - The gas station is in the complete opposite side of Sam's Club. I'm used to it being closer, almost next to each other. - some pumps were out of service slowing down the flow of traffic. - there's a note taped on pumps reading press enter to "Bypass PIN." Don't. Just enter your pin. Transaction was declined and froze the debit card. Had to use another card as a form of payment.

For some reason this sams club changes there days land hours without notice. They used to be open on Saturdays thats one thing they changed. Today I relized today Sunday they closed at 6:00pm instead of 8:00pm

I absolutely love that sams club is not jam packed with people like at Costco; definitely made a difference in my anxiety but at the same time it was a lot of bad/processed food and not much of a gluten free selection nor organic. With that I wouldn't purchase a membership. I went with a friend and purchased dragon fruit "yellow" 3 for six bucks which is a good deal! Peti pot pudding which I was surprised they had.

It all started from a Groupon, best way to trial your membership. Love the convenience and innovation that Sam's Club has to offer!!! Although it's impossible to have every product onsite, they provide access to tons of other products online with an option of same day pickup or delivery. In addition, the use technology with the scan & go with grocery and fuel has been me coming back over and over.
