We drive 15 miles across LA just for these wings. Is there a greater demonstration of love in Los Angeles? Idk, but what I do know is that Shlap Muan is, quite simply, the best. Pekang is our favorite, it is PERFECTION, the spices blend so beautifully with the chicken, it’s honestly a contender for my last meal choice. But we have yet to try one we don’t like, and also love the Water Buffalo and Cambodian Dirt. Dirty Elvis is great too. A lil messy, this is maybe not “first-date food”, but frankly, this is the only “marry-me-chicken” I want. Love you, Shlap!

Risotto was a dream, lovely atmosphere.

Visited this place when it first opened and have been going back since then. The wings are so good, can’t go wrong with their Cambodian Dirt flavor if you like lemon pepper. The quality has been great from the beginning and the owner is very welcoming. Go get wings!

The wings are amazing. Anyone who eats wings needs to try this place !!!! The taste is out of this world.
The fried rice and the garlic noodles are great !!!! I will recommend this place to everyone who wants chicken wings.

Friendly. Fast service. Clean.
The Cambodian Dirt did not have any lemograss taste to it--boo.
Dirty Elvis was good, it didn't remind me of Khmer flavors though.
Maybe the Tanarind Tiger would...

A bit far for me and I normally don't eat fried wings or noodles. Even so, good taste adventure.

If you like fried wings, noodles, rice, this is a great place to load up. Add Khmai tea to the order. Bon apetit!

Ordered the jalapeño wings and spicy elephant wings with small garlic noodles.
Chicken was juicy fresh and crispy on the outside and the garlic noodles were tasty with a tangy hint at the end of your bite.
The jalapeños wings and garlic noodles were a perfect combination. The spicy elephant was full of peanut flavor and a perfect texture to the sauce, not spicy but not sweet just full of flavor.
