Just ordered a chicken sandwich and it was charred beyond belief. Straight to the trash. I've ordered burgers before and they were OK, but this was just gross. Any cook could take one look at that and not serve it. Was like charcoal.

This place make the best vegan grilled cheese sandwich in the world (and also their hotdogs, and burgers, and fries, and tater tots). I suspect their entire non-vegan menu is also delicious. They add something special to Long Beach.

Sideburns has an amazing menu and always incredible food! Their backyard barbecue burger is bomb! Fries are delicious and cheese curds are fire! Their salads are also delicious and fresh! Dustin is rockin it in the kitchen!! Always consistently good food and great service!
The burger meet was not seasoned , metallic taste, blue burger 13$ no fries ?, had to ring a bell to get service when one customer was eating.....disappointing, take better care of the guest spending hard earned money ? ps: rock music to loud , I was on the go and had no time to tell them in person, plus the guy with beard went in his office after I ordered. Do better bro! ??

I used a delivery service, so my rating is solely based on the food. I ordered the smash burger, Chicago dog, and onion rings. The onion rings were quite pricey, so I was happy to see the serving size was large. For the most part, the rings were great but several of them were burnt and inedible. The smash burger was underwhelming and the meat itself didn't taste right, so I didn't eat it. The Chicago dog was good. The toppings were fresh and the bun was nicely toasted. I'd like to try this place in person, but most likely wouldn't get it delivered again.

This is a 10 out of 10 burger highly recommend spot in Long Beach. If you're a local or visiting from out of town do yourself a favor and stop in for a bite. We were honored to be served by Ryan who was awesome he had stories and was entertaining but most of all he knew the menu. We started off with the cheese curds and if you're from the mid west I challenge you to find a better curd. I personally had the Backyard BBQ burger and it's bursting with flavor the hand battered onions rings are ???and I not the biggest fan of onion. We also tried the Long beach beef sandwich which was packed with succulent onion and fresh roast beef that sandwich literally melted in my mouth and again I'm not the biggest fan of onion but this is what sold me. I will 100% be back and bring a few friends
Parking: There is plenty of street parking but you will have to maneuver a few small streets to find a decent spot
Food was prepared amazing great presentation staff was so nice and hospitable i enjoyed the backyard bbq and hubby had the tailgate. Everything was fresh to order. Really really enjoyed it after a long walk along the beach

It's really annoying how inconsistently I can get gusto bread on a different sandwich when I have a gluten allergy when it's offered on the grilled cheese.
Just tried ordering food with a note asking to sub the bun for gusto bread, and just got a "no", which at least is an improvement from just NOT doing anything at all.
So don't expect them to pay any attention to allergies you may have.

We ordered the smash burger, backyard BBQ burger, and chilli cheese fries. I highly recommend the backyard BBQ burger and chilli cheese fries. Didn't order onion rings but the one in my BBQ burger was fantastic. They should add some vegetables to the smash burger.
