This past weekend I came to this store. Its always a great time coming here. I took my grandmother here and she's in love. I got the Torrance store. But I seen my friend here too. She must be your best employer. Service is always top priority with her. She helped my grandmother with her salad and she left this place with the biggest smile. She will be back. I ordered a miso hungry wrap that the menu said was vegan and made with tamari tofu. What I got was a seared ahi tuna wrap and didn't realize the mistake until I bit into it and tasted fish. How did they even make a mistake like that? The ingredients and customers' names are input at point of sale so whoever is making the food must not be paying attention and just grabbing whatever, or whoever is passing out the orders isn't paying attention and just hands whatever to whoever. The cashier offered to make me a new wrap but I decided I can't trust the food from a place where the staff is that careless to not be full of cross contamination and I'm worried about getting parasites from eating raw fish because if they're that careless they probably can't prepare seared ahi tuna correctly. Fish is a common food allergy. The staff really needs to be more careful. They could give someone anaphylaxis.

Simply Salad is awesome! Today was my first time coming in and I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Employee Mark was super patient with me and recommended the Downtown Cobb. It was one of the best salads I have ever had. Him and the rest of the team had great attitudes, making the experience so much better. Definitely coming back soon!

Everyone who works here is so sweet but specifically Lucy!! There’s a reason I come to this location and its for her wonderful demeanor and smile - I came in a few weeks ago having an awful day and she cheered me up and then again today she was in and remembered my name. And you know, eating a yummy delicious and filling meal is always a plus too ;)

I came in today because this is one of my favorite places to eat it was really busy but everyone took such good care of me and got my salad out just in time before my lunch break was over i specially enjoyed the manager i think her name was Simone she was just so kind and helpful.
Food was good! However... leadership needs to improve. Employees shown not a care in the world. Bathroom was untidy. And it shows with the food. Got food poisoning as a result. Wouldn’t come here again.

The customers are wonderful, friendly people; not sure I can say the workers are the same, but I have not visited enough to judge accurately.
Last time I was there, the order was correct, food tastes good, but the workers don't seem to show the same care or regard they'd have for coworkers as they do customers. They'll talk loudly over the music, then it echoes in the store. They're friendly with each other, but when they have to help a guest, it seems like you're interrupting them. It may be a 1-off. I like the food enough to say I might come back, but not sure if I'll dine in. Very echoey, sound bouncing everywhere.

so it was my first time trying this place yesterday and I will say I was highly impressed with the salad options and SIZE. The only thing I would suggest is that they cut the cilantro up a bit more .I had to stop to pick out big sticks and that was super annoying and there was not enough dressing throughout the salad, but those were small fixes. I will definitely go back. The staff was friendly and patient. The place is clean and just an overall good experience. I hate that I waited so long to stop by.
