The pizza is mediocre, in my opinion. They put like 3 pounds of cheese which is way too much, then put a bunch of oil in the pie so that all you taste is the oil and cheese. I'm sure some people like the style but it's not my favorite. For the price I would say lay off so much cheese and put more of the actual toppings, and some sauce. But again, too each their own.

Customer service Excellence and good Italian food in a quiet corner. Should have more drink options tho. Ultra MAGA!

The girl at the front was sweet. The portion was big. The creamy pasta was good, but this is not where I would want to go and spend my money. Not really worth it. They forgot to add sausage to my pasta so they brought in on the side.‍ The only positive thing is that I will have extra for lunch tomorrow. I didn't try the pizza but I did see a lot of people come and pick up food. So maybe the pizza is good for take out? I don't know.

We drove by this place for a while and decided to give it a try. What a gem. The folks that work here are very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very calming. They have music playing and several sports TVS which are not too loud. Also, they have a back area for large parties. The food is FANTASTIC. We have had the manicotti, ravioli, lasagna, calizone, garlic bread, salad and pizza. We have been looking for a good pizza place and finally found it. All of their food is wonderful. They have specials from I believe noon to 3p where you get a lunch size pasta dish that comes with a drink and a choice of garlic toast or salad. What a deal for $7.99. Please give them a try. They also deliver.

I have been craving a calzone for months, I had a really good one in Las Vegas. So I goggled "best calzone." Chose Sorrento due to proximity and I wanted to give them another chance, had them years ago and wasn't impressed. This has been the best calzone I've ever had. Called in my order and it was made to order, hot, cheese was amazing! I had them make me a chicken spinach and feta along with the other cheeses. The size is gigantic in my opinion, totally shareable. I had a piece for dinner and had the other piece for lunch. Super yummy! The gentleman who greeted me when picking up, was very nice.

The first time I had this pizza was at an event at Long Beach City College, It was very delicious and high quality and i was even amazed at how good it was. I'm not even joking, the pizza here is really good. After I got home I had to email my professor on where this pizza was bought from, soon after i got my answer, I went to visit to buy a pie for myself. The place has a nice and chill environment but I haven't ate inside.

Had the meat calzone. Very crispy crust and filled with delicious cheese, Italian meats, and a superb sauce. I will be back

Very good pizza at a good price. Great for party catering (party size pizza/pasta dishes) and a great meatball sandwich. Large area for parties of 20 or more.

Italian food is my favorite, so I was excited to try this (new to me) place. Our family is sick, so I ordered delivery. The food was promised 30-40 minutes from when I ordered (totally reasonable). When the order went 30 minutes past the delivery window, we called the restaurant to check the status. I was rudely told that he didn’t see a ticket and that meant it was probably out for delivery and it would get there when it gets there because other people have orders, too. While I understand the basic premise of delivery, I do not understand such a gross miscalculation of time. When I asked that he contact the driver (who works for the restaurant) to get a more accurate ETA, the employee hung up on me. The food arrived an hour past the delivery window (I had to figure out alternative meals for my two young children who couldn’t wait). Then, the food was mediocre at best. The pizza was soggy and the pasta sauce was flavorless. The only thing I can say for it was that it was hot. Such a disappointment, but I can overlook one bad delivery experience and might have tried a different meal. The ghastly customer service, however, ensured we will never return.
