Huge shout out to the Speak Cheezy team for being the best wedding caterers of all time! 🍕👰🏼♀️ My wife and I are so grateful to Pete Kormeluk and the crew for their hard work, for being so easy to work with, and for being transparent and reasonable about pricing and logistics. We had so much fun working with Pete to build a custom wedding catering menu featuring a bunch of delicious sourdough pies, meatballs, burrata toast, and salad. Wedding planning is not for the faint of heart but Pete was incredibly clear, easygoing, and encouraging, making him and Speak Cheezy one of our favorite vendors we collaborated with. The day-of operations ran incredibly smoothly and so many of our guests still bring up how great the food was! 💕

Stopped in for a slice and got two. Didn't know Pizza could taste so good. Light fluffy crust with amazing fresh toppings. The basil + some kind of cheese was Devine. Good prices to boot. Small location though so not for large groups.

I drove 30 minutes to pick up a pizza to go and arrived 30 minutes before closing, only to be told by the staff at the front that they weren’t accepting any more orders. I’m not one to usually complain, but if you’re going to stop taking orders early, that should be clearly posted online or consider adjusting your listed hours to reflect when you’re actually open.
Speak Cheesy was the perfect late-night snack at our wedding! Pete was super easy to work with—accommodating, low-key, and professional. The red pizza truck was a great fit with our venue and added such a fun touch. Guests are still raving about the pizzas! Highly recommend for any event.

Definitely my favorite pizza in Long Beach. I mean, their house made sourdough pizza crust will change your life! My favorite pizza is the To Dye For which is literally to-dye-for good! There are a few tables, but there is not a ton of seating. Service is friendly.

Solid pizza. Had the LPC. Looks better than it tasted. Nothing was really memorable and pretty expensive. Sour dough wasn't that noticed. I ordered delivery and they didn't send plates, utensils, napkins, etc... Probably wouldn't return.

Best pizza is very subjective but to me, this is my favorite pizza and this spot is so underrated! The truffle shuffle and pepperoni are the two pizzas we had. We spritzed the truffle shuffle with the lemon provided and it was the most delicious flavor combination with the ricotta and mushrooms. They use sourdough for the crust and it's the most pleasantly chewy crust with a perfectly crisp exterior. This is more so a takeaway spot with very limited area to dine in fyi!
