Went to order cookie crumble, they said they had no whipped cream. Then when they were about to make my coffee they stated they had no mocha. They tried to say we can add... I interrupted them & said cancel my order & refund me. To me no whipped cream & no mocha makes no cookie crumble. So annoying they are inside target why no go purchase the stuff you need to make the drinks. This is why I usually go to 7 leaves. They never run out of ingredients for your drink!!!!!

You make the drive here because online it says they close at 9 PM!!!!! It's 8:30 and I asked the girls there "are you guys closed?" And she answered "no"... but she actually meant "no we are not open" need to update the damm hours!!! This things don't fly with me, because we live in the time and era that any manager that works there could fix this so easy, before anyone making the drive here!!! Smh!!! Poor customer service!!! But I get it. Big corporations are always hiring inexperienced people so they can pay minimum wage and provide such "amazing" service!!!

Wow... a cashier saw me getting a few retail items. Once I get to the register he tell me "we're closed" bruhhh why couldn't you tell me sooner? You looked open, a simple "sorry guys we're closed already" would've been sufficient on a nice "heads up" Just drive a few more miles to get your Starbucks fix.

Not friendly customer service. I went there on Aug, 2nd around noon. Just because I didn't know much about the menus, doesn't mean the cashier should treat me and my family rudely like that. The cashier's attitude was not very welcome and feel like she didn't even want to take orders. Starbucks at other locations were not like this at all. Anyway, the drinks were okay but their manners just ruined the mood.
