I wanted to get an iced lavender cream matcha and they said they were out of lavender powder (every starbucks i’ve been to has had it), so i got a vanilla bean frap instead and the whipped cream looked watery AND the drink itself was syrupy and needed more ice, even someone who was waiting before me said to check the drink before leaving bc they were making the drinks nasty, and I should’ve believed her, never ordering here again ??

Shai, Xander , Bertha are truly amazing at there job and customer service skills they are clean and fast and will always make your drink to perfection the line is always short which is a plus if your on the move in the morning, I go out of my way to come to.this specific Starbucks ❤️
