Lots of employees standing around not doing anything during a Saturday 10:30 am rush. Baristas not offering sip covers or sleeves for the cups for to go orders and being annoyed and eye rolling when I asked for it. The only kind employee was Sara who took my order.

Would I go here again, yes, absolutely. The employees were friendly and gracious. Then why 3 stars? They were exactly what I would expect from Starbucks employees. If everything is 5 stars, then everything is average, and everything is 3 stars. Please help fight star inflation.
I ordered a hot macchiato, but it was served completely cold. Additionally, the staff’s attitude was very unfriendly. I’m disappointed—this is not the level of service I expect from Starbucks
