I bought food and beverages from this location today. My son consumed an expired milk that was dated June 10, 2025 and today is June 23, 2025. I went back to the store today and told the manager. She does not seem to care. Check the item before you buy any products from this location .

I'm an entrepreneur-restaurateur in Long Beach for over 35 years. I've been coming to this Starbucks since it opened. Today, after finishing my coffee, outside I was speaking with a friend when someone approach me I thought he was homeless with a long ponytail. I was about to help him but he turned out to be an employee of Starbucks. I don't know if he was the manager— no matter this untrained uneducated ignorant employee asked us to leave because I hadn't bought another cup of coffee. I find his customer service skills absolutely ridiculous. Given the amount of money I've spent at Starbucks, they should fire him or at least retrain him. But I can tell you one thing: I will never spend another dollar there. And He had the IGNORANCE to call mall security lol. Pathetic I'll make sure it won't happen again. I'm going to take this to Starbucks corporate then to the newspapers this homeless Starbucks employee asked the wrong person to leave today.

The current batch of employees are not taking their work seriously. I wouldn’t either, however there is a minimal amount of service that is expected, and they just barely made it. I paid and then waited for several minutes on a very slow day to pick up my coffee. Turns out it was made, with half of the ice already melted away. The employees didn’t let me know the order was ready. Saw this service and it’s other patrons as well

Starbucks ,,, ,,,, ,,, this location is unique .........>It's a coffee shop literally connected to the biggest book store in Long Beach. Makes the Monrovia library look like a truck stop.Great view of North Long Beach oil fields, bike trail blues. They have power strips under the tables .... Say What ?????I can tell ya write now pun intended mobile power is the key to success in the New Frontier ...Starbucks gets itIf your ever around this location your lucky.
