Great location inside hotel. Staff is very friendly and efficient when taking and fulfilling orders. Even if there is a line, it is very minimal wait time.
Coffee was acceptable…after as previously mentioned you have to almost break in to the place to buy something.. I guess u have to blame the hotel. Every single door locked, walking around building to gain access…use main entrance off Pine st. The sign says.. but its locked also.. so you ring the call bell…buzz ur in.?no secret password required…so this is a Starbucks run by hotel. Everyone knows that’s problem 1…next homeless/vagrant issues. The side entry to the shop faces a favorite overnite area for homeless. My suggestion to this self inflicted toxic business arrangement:1. Close coffee shop and affiliations with Starbucks, we are literally drawn to you by the Starbucks app. Clearly u don’t want us there.Or2. Open the doors to coffee shop and put locked door on hotel side”hello u gave them keys when they checked in” ..the vagrant problem is nation wide we don’t like it but we deal with it for caffeine..Or3. Shut access to hotel from coffee shop and put those nasty coffee makers in hotel rooms.Good luck to everyone seeking your morning coffee..
Though the staff was courteous and seemed nice enough, the lack of attention to detail between order and finished product is a bit off putting. This in addition to coloring apples and cheeses in their food boxes - has concerned me enough to warn other Starbucks goers.
It so hard to find the entrance to this place. You have to go around the hotel just to get a coffee
Wow, AMAZING hotel for good prices! The pool is super fancy and overlooks Downtown LB. It also had a hot tub. The lobby is fancy & clean plus there is a Starbucks! Nice breakfast too! (but pricey)
Very good customer service and an awesome Mache green tea latte!!
Starbucks disappointed me because they don't support American troops so I strongly boycott Starbucks as I'm a proud U.S. Navy Veteran
Apparently they charge more here because it is a 'corporate' Starbucks... ???I paid $5 for an Acai and strawberry drink that tastes exactly like the cheap powder juice I drank when I was a kid... Basically like strawberry candy.
?????buns outside none in

A little small, but it is inside the hotel. Noticed that paying with a credit card is a hassle here. Also no online ordering, and limited seating but again it's due to its size and location.
Nice and clean located and conected to Renaissance hotel. Quite small for the ammont of people visiting this location, but the staff works hard.
I asked a girl behind the counter for the restroom and she just looked up and down at me and I felt a down graded racism from her. She had the very nerve to say ,"you have to pay for something to use the restroom here." I have crohn's disease and its already hard enough to find the nearest restroom. The unacceptable fact is that I have to pay for something for a restroom?! Not only that they have their backs turned at my face, including she didn't give me a receipt. This is very down wrong environment that they need to be fired for that.
Absolutely horrific customer service. Due to my appearance (it's 730 am on a Sunday, forgive me for not yet being showered and shaved) I was judged to be homeless and told that no one was allowed to use the restrooms unless they were staying at the adjacent hotel. All I really had to do was make a small purchase, but employees turned me away in a state of emergency and denied me this opportunity. This experience was shameful and denigrating, and I'll never forget it. Classic starbucks!
Over priced when everywhere else Starbucks prices are normal, Won't stay or recommend a hotel where I can't have my Starbucks at normal price. I'm an Orange County Native where all prices are high, so this is stupid.
