Not to be a Karen but the service here is usually really bad. The employees are usually talking away and not prioritizes the customers that are waiting in line. I don't usually enjoy going to this Starbucks because of this.

Had inaccurate hours displayed. I arrived and ready to make my orders but the the two ladies was just cleaning and talking among themselves. They didn’t bother to tell me that they were close. Bad customers service. I had to figure it out on my own since they never approach me. You would think they had their hours corrected by now since there were many people who say in their review that the hours are wrong.

For the last year this Starbucks has their hours posted as closing at 9pm on Google. They close at 8pmI've told them a number of times, even called corporate a number of times and they still haven't fixed it. When I told someone who was closing up when I arrived, they said they were completely aware this simple to fix problem was affecting so many people.The other day, (now a year later) I forgot and went here again, still has incorrect hours posted. Just prior to coming here I went to another store that closed before posted hours. That was a one off for the other store though, this store has had so much time to fix this. But the back to back stores being closed before posted hours is beyond inconvenient. Am I expected to call every store before going to Starbucks to make sure they are actually open when they say they will be?I've yet to order from this Starbucks as every time I've gone they've been closed early. This store managed to lose a customer they never even could manage to be open to have. ?

Website says they're open until 9:00PM. Girl behind the counter said they were closed . It was 8:07PMI drove 10 miles out of my way. What a @# -hole!!!

Used to be on time and fast with mobile orders. Yesterday took a half hour for just a hot tea to be ready and today i left without half of my order because they took again over a half hour for my mobile order. Asked the girl twice where my sandwich was and got ignored every time. There was at least 10 people waiting for their mobile orders. Very disappointing

Messed up my order 3 times in a row. Wisper to call your name or the wrong name anthony instead of Andrew "you know its wrote on the cup." Let 10 or 12 drinks pile up were people are touching the cups. Excuse me covid is no joke. My wife died of it 25 yrs gone because of people like them.

Well it's about the same as other Starbucks I've been to except it's in a Safeway store. The service was good and people were nice and we were the only customers there when we stopped around 9:30 a.m.
When you go to Starbucks, you expect the coffee to be consistent. This place is pretty quick and ready for the crowds. Breakfast sandwiches are great too.
