Thank you Rebecca for helping me today @ 1:30 pm. Jan. 7, 2024. With my coffee, I hadn't bought me a Starbucks coffee in a while. But she gladly helped me fixed my ice coffe to the taste the way I wanted it. I appreciate you ? exellent customer service at this location.

This Starbucks completely horrible.. Waited in drive thru at 10:04 -10:36 to get to the window just to be turned away claiming they had no change. It's past 10!! And plenty of customers, the lies!! As pissed as I was still went to another starbucks on artesia with same order and no problem.. I don't want to make a race thing but it's really hard not to.. The Starbucks on cherry is beyond unprofessional, will never go there again.!!

The drinks were wonderful but the service was bad. The wait for my order to be taken was excessive. While my order was being taken the worker started working on my first drink and finished my order after she finished making the first drink. The service isn't the best at this location.

Starbucks is always great for me. They surprisingly don't spell my name wrong like the cliché suggests. They have pretty good sandwiches and vegetarian options that are quite delicious if you have the taste for it.

If you’re going to close before closing post that somewhere. If you’re going to require ID for a return (which I have never encountered anywhere else) (yes I had the receipt) post that. This is just unprofessionally wasting people’s time.

I have people from out of town and they want to have some coffee so went to Starbucks. We love their coffee. They have a great service great taste nice and clean. We win their people were very nice. We really had a great time in the morning. Stay there and get our coffee and came back home. Definitely will go back again.

They have no signs about their 1 cup per person "policy" and I was not able to get my sister and I the same cup because they made up a fake policy. I wasn't trying to take them all I just wanted 1 for myself and 1 for my sister. There was about 4 or 5 left of that same cup and no one seemed interested I can see why if there were a lot of people there trying to buy or if I was trying to take them all but I was literally getting 1 for myself n 1 for my sister that's annoying.

Sausage, egg, bacon, cheese burrito was completely bland, do not recommend. A lot of Tortilla and flavorless cubes of potato onto of that. Should have more meat.

this is probably one of the worst Starbucks bad experiences I have had everytime I go there, for starters this Starbucks seems to have a certain opening and closing time hours online but always decided to close at a different times and they never put up a sign or anything to let customers know that instead got me going by the time they have posted online and once I go it's closed and they were not like that before they would always open and close at their times. The other thing is I went to order a pup cup & an ice pumpkin spice but keep in mind every time I've gone I always get my pup cup there then the lady says "we don't do pup cups" & we don't do cold drinks drinks just refreshers like whaaat I just thought that made any sense also I've always gotten my pup cup there !!

VERY SLOW SERVICE. There was a line of about 7 people (me being the 4th) and 2 workers. It look them over 15 minutes to take my order. Very slow service.
