Well I just met with a friend there didn't stay long enough to have my usual good tasting coffee. The atmosphere is nice fairly quiet.

Venti not full. It is a hit or miss at this location that I had to share as this is becoming a regular thing. To come and get a venti shaken espresso and pay $7 and not to have it filled up is just a big disappointment.

My kids ran inside while I was in the drive thru for a cup of iced water and they were denied because they were informed they needed a purchase in order to get free water. My 7yr old daughter said “rude” and they came back to my car. Very disturbing that they were denied, my kids didn’t even understand what a purchase was! I then told the person helping me how unhappy I was that my children were denied water and hanged her my kids Stanley’s and told her to give me ice water, I mentioned I understand is your job and then she proceeded to mention that it’s the new policy for all Starbucks and proceeded to say we encouraged any one to at least buy poop corn for $1.50 and my answer to that was please fill my cups I just did a $27 purchase! Very sad that Starbucks has implemented these policies but the worst is that you force your employees to deny a cup of iced water to a child! Very disappointing

I went to this place and was turned away and not considered a customer unless I made a purchase. I have been walking with my two boys and they asked for water. The only place that came to mind was Starbucks due to their outstanding service, until they told me that they do not give you water unless you buy something. Now my two sons did not get any water. This is outrageous. I spoke to the manager and I told her that I’m a regular and she said that doesn’t make you a customer! I was like, Are you serious? She said yes. I decided to leave. I went to Del Taco and I got free water and perfect service. I decide to buy lunch and more drinks. This is embarrassing for Starbucks!!!!!

My favorite drink is flat white, I’m frequent customer at this location, but today my order was venti citrus hot tea, hot chocolate, chocolate croissant and the flat white, my flat white was unflavored, like just milk. I let know the girl in drive thru, but she act without care about it.

The white woman with glasses and dark curly hair that works there is so rude and will not fulfill the barista promise despite making your drink wrong. I tried to contact customer service. They told me to use the barista promise. I told them I did. And that was that. I’ve been drinking Starbucks 2-7 times a week for ten years, no more. The declining service is ridiculous. I didn’t do anything for her to be so rude and snarky. She said she used the measurement cup. I know what a Trenta looks like, it’s all I ever order.
