Just wasn’t please with every visit I have had here. They take foreverrrrrrr to get your order. I ask the person at the front about a hot drink. She says oh we can make something similar to that. I said ok. Not know I was being charged for this and that extra. I believe my grande drink was about 7 bucks. But I was thought maybe they went up on the price. When I received my drink. And it takes like warm milk. I was livid after already waiting 30 or so for my drink to began with. They remade it. Which room more time ? and it was disgusting too. Not a good taste at all. And why is the wait always long. Always. And I complained why the person charged me for extra pumps of stuff I didn’t ask. Now if it came with a special drink. She should have specified that from the beginning. I like the location on Lakewood and Artesia better.

Service is fine but the OUTLETS are broken. I bought food and planned to stay to study but the outlets I was betting hours of grad school applications on didn’t work when I tried to plug my laptop in. Had to leave and go to the library. Disappointed.

I tried to use my reusable cup that I purchased from a Starbucks in order to reduce waste and plastic every Starbucks I've gone to taken the cup and fill it and the girl refused to touch it grabbed a plastic cup and gave me ice water. I don't know if it has to do with this location. But that's real bizarre.

By far the slowest Starbucks I’ve been too , waited over 30 minutes for my mobile order of 1 drink , you don’t get greeted , they don’t acknowledge you . The counters were all dirty about 7 workers and they only focus on the drive

Idk if she spells it like Gwin or Gwen, but she was so nice!! Cleaned off my work area, came over to ask me if she could get me anything while I was setting up work and was really pleasant when I checked out. Just super bubbly /great energy, so I'll totally come back to this location, especially if I get to start my mornings off with her!
