Lately it seems the drive thru at this location is always backed up. Last couple of times I had to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru with no one moving. Please fix this.

The cute alt-y person who helped us at the counter was very nice but once we sat down with our food at an inside table, one of their colleagues was aggressively sweeping under our table as we sat, over our feet, then emptying all the trash right by us, then mopping the floor...It was unpleasant, to say the least. Mind you, the store didn't close for at least another two hours at that point. Would recommend to go or waiting for nice weather where you can sit outside after paying your $30

I ordered a matcha latte, when I got home I realized it was only half full 😭 I guess the bubbly foam made it look full when the barista was making it. The employees were very friendly though :)

Karla has the best customer service skills. I ordered from the drive thru and they accidentally forgot my cheese Danish. I went back and Karla was so apologetic, kind, and friendly. She made me feel so special by giving me some refreshing water and ice that I needed. Thank you for your kindness and service Karla! I’ll be coming back!!!

This is a great Starbucks for the vibes, especially for getting work done. There is plenty of seating, even some outlets along the wall. The noise level is a perfect coffee shop white noise, with music not too overbearing and enough space to not feel like you're eavesdropping on another customer. The baristas are so kind, with one in particular going the extra mile to greet everyone and get to know his regulars. As someone who frequently comes from out of town, I'm jealous in comparison to my home Starbucks!

Spinach Feta Egg White Wrap complete piece a crap ! Hardly anything in it bread is mostly what you get and half of it is hard as a rock - Never again

I don't typically have bad experiences at Starbucks, but this one in particular had an employee sneak a dollar from my change and didn't hand me a receipt. It wasn't till I questioned the amount of money I handed over to her, and asked for my receipt since she didn't offer one. That's when she mentioned that I left it. Well if she knew I left it why didn't she let me know to hand it back. I get that it's hard and pay is scarce but to lie and withhold my cash throws my sympathy out the window. The place itself wasn't clean. The tables were dirty and only when a customer requested a clean table was when they were wiped down. Everyone in the back seems to prioritize the drive thru rather than the inside. I don't even come to this Starbucks even though I pass it often and it will be my last as it didn't not leave a good impression. My drink was fine but that's typical
