Cashier did a great job and I was just waiting for my food, then some lady came attempting to kick me out if I didn’t place an order. Place wasn’t even full.

Came to Starbucks to get my daughter a snowman cookie and the cashier said she paid for us. So sweet and nice of her 😭

“I ordered my tea, and when I went to get my free refill, the cashier told me they didn’t offer free refills. Later, it turned out they were mistaken and had to give me a refund. The level of incompetence was frustrating.”
The expections of starbucks was amazing, the employees assiant me well and drinks where amazing. The order i got was peppermint mocha, the taste of the drink was sweet, chocolately and caffeine. The caffeine wasnt burnt and didnt overpower any orther additional flavoring. It was perfectly balanced. An additional thing to comment about is studying. The starbucks offers a private room only 1 and plenty of seating and charger ports. The second top side to the starbucks is they have beautiful comfortable indoor seating and the atmosphere is moderate and friendly. Besides that it is number 1 recommended in my book I went form hours 1 to 7 pm. 10/10

The female at the window at 255pm today was extremely rude after having almost a 30 minute wait. Location obviously needs retraining.

I had to get up extra early today and went by to order breakfast. But, when I was at the drive-up speaker, I couldn’t decide on a drink and so didn’t order one.
Alexi asked if I’d like water to go with my breakfast and mentioned casually the importance of drinking water in the morning.
What a wonderful, caring and kind person. Thanks Starbucks for the great service and the smile you put on my face.

Just an FYI to anyone who doesn't like hot coffee spilled on their hands or in their car... Starbucks is no longer supplying stoppers (the plastic ones and the sticker) for your hot beverages. That means anyone doing mobile orders, picking up in the drive thru, or pedestrians like myself, will have hot coffee splashing around, burning our hands and making the hot beverage lose it's heat faster. First they take away our plastic bags, self checkout lanes, and now coffee lid stoppers?
