I agree with a previous reviewer. The produce here is terrible now. Recent trip they had no organic tomatoes on the vine. The section with the organic greens is SOAKED in water because the produce is old. I tried to find a bunch of spinach that wasn't completely soaked. When I got it home the interior leaves had holes in them and were dry. This last one is a criticism of all local grocery stores, but I can be sure 99% of the time that their bananas will be yellow and brown-spotted tomorrow if I were to buy them. Makes no sense to me unless I want to eat 3-6 bananas in a day or want to make banana bread.

This is for the Marina Pacifica store. My last few trips there the vendors have the aisles blocked! They have their cart on one side, they're stocking on the other side and blocking the aisles! When you give them a cheerful "Excuse me", you get a dirty look before they move. Corporate needs to tell the manager of this store to get the vendors under control. The manager works for the customers, not the vendors, it's sad that they don't realize this.

It's 4:30 PM on Thursday and only three checkout lanes are open. Waited in line for 30+min. The store is full of stoppered. No manager or help around.

Why aren't all the checkstands open on a Saturday at 12:30pm??? Look at this line! Ridiculous!!

Great quality food, but it better be because of the prices, however their customer service is horrible. At the Bakery for 5 minutes before being told by the employee 20 ft away at the Deli that we need to go to Customer Service to get help at the Bakery. We did so, and they paged a Manager who never arrived. 10 minutes later still no help, so we ask for the Manager from another cashier who points us to another employee...who is only a cashier. Where's the supervisor? Another 5 minutes goes by before we walk out. All we wanted was a pre-made fruit tart in the glass case. Next time I'll shop elsewhere.

7/12/23 Quick pit stop...for the restroom turned into a a little bit of shopping! Dammit, got sucked right in when the lady offering wine tasting approached hubby while he was looking for Mondavi (cabernet) at the spirits section. She talked him up really well & he ended up with a bottle (thankfully not 6 to take advantage of the 30 % off promotion. I picked up a mini watermelon & some mangoes, I couldn't help myself. Searching for frozen pomegranate seeds yielded zip. Noticed that they no longer have the RedBox inside & I was informed that they got rid of it around the pandemic (or before?). I'm looking forward to my chilled watermelon

i thought i would give them another chance with a drive up online order it's been quite awhile since past dissatisfied orders . i am disappointed even further . i was told when it was brought to my car all items where available . My fault for not checking ! i got home half was missing, yet i was charged in full and a bag that was not mine included. I went back returned the wrong bag asked for credit Hugo didn't know how to said he would and contact me. Of course not done I have left two messages for the store manager Brittany she's conveniently not available when i call. I have completed online request and still no response and have not been credited for $60.00 plus that was not given to me . This is not the first time and I have learned my lesson. i do drive up orders with Target for the past 3 years 2-5 times a week never a problem . Maybe Ralph's could get some customer service advice from Target.

Very rude Starbucks worker named Christina , not professional at all , gave attitude from the start , instead of gossiping with your worker you should pay attention and provide better customer service.

cashier was rude a-hole. digital coupon crap is moronic. they always claim that it's so easy to use but when i added the item to my account, it told me that there was a problem. i checked my cart and suddenly she says it worked. i mentioned that it wasn't that easy, but she snarkily said well it worked, then told me to calm down. pissed me off as i was calm as can be . card isn't enough so they need you to sign up to another program that they can get more personal details from you

Ralph's Produce Today, I returned yet again another vegetable tray I had purchased at our local Ralph's store on PCH. The expiration date was 28 June. The quality the vegetables, particularly the celery, was disgusting. We have noticed a steady deterioration of their produce over the past several months. I made it clear to the manager I saw that this was unacceptable and that they should look into the matter. Maybe it's their supplier pulling a fast one. I was told that all produce is inspected daily. Hmmm!

Ruben in the pantry it the man. I walked in to grab a quick bite and hi service was excellent. Not only that but he sold me on a chicken meal that to my surprise was very delicious. Pepper corn and mash. Yup that meal and that high level of genuine nice service is going to have me back! Thank you Ruben

I needed a quick lunch and didn't want take out. Who would of thought you can get fresh sushi made fresh . I got the ultimate chili roll salmon with avocado secret chili sausage and imitation crab, two summer rolls it has shrimp, imitation crab meat, lettuce raped in clear roll. Love the chili roll it was spicy but not overpowering. The same was clean fresh tasting. The imitation crab meat was shredded thin added a soft texture to the roll. The cucumbers were dice the size a little bigger then rice the combination was great. The spring roll was like eating a salad, the ingredients fresh shrimp, cucumbers, imitation crab meat, and lettuce was incredibly delicious. The sauce was that of a tangerine orange taste I did not care of it . You can even buy fresh roasted sesame seeds in a bottle . I asked the gentleman making the rolls if they had any purple ginger as they only had the clear ginger package in a small container. He told me the purple ginger is usually died to produce that color so I purchased instead the regular ginger. He said it was better for you.

Larger than average ralphs grocery store. Huge mall parking lot near the busy intersection of pch and 2nd street. This pharmacy delivers for free to me. A little known fact. Sloppy work. They got my address wrong twice and put down the wrong insurance company. No excuse as they are on the same ralphs pharmacy network as the ralphs in El segundo. I just need to watch them like a hawk. I still prefer ralphs pharmacy to cvs or rite aid. I had major issues with those two drugstores.
