At approximately 5:45 pm, on March 10, 2025, the evening employees from this exact location prefer to be deep into their conversations rather than be friendly and attend the customers accurately. Plus, the Caucasian barista had our drinks ready and never called our names out when our drinks were sitting for a while. We waited too long for only two drinks and it was not busy at all. Plus, we were the only customers ordering. I do not mind waiting a long time when there are many customers. But when baristas are too lazy to even call out our name when the drink is ready, that is just concerning. My partner and I were able to know the drinks were sitting there for a while because the cup was sweating the ice š§off, and the drink tasted water down. Plus, the flavor of the drink tastes disgusting. I have to go to another location to get the drink redone. I ordered this same drink every week at least 3 times a week, and it doesn't taste disgusting like how it did at this location.

This Starbucks is racist and horrible. Do not come here. If you are anything like me your drink will be the last to come out and they will not acknowledge you. My skin is ādarkā I guess.. so Iām getting treated like trash. I frequently visit this Starbucks, I was waiting in line in the same exact place I always stand in ā¦ The man at the register skipped me in line to ask a Caucasian male to come up. Even though the guy was standing far behind , you can obviously tell Iām next in line and the cashier is skipping me. But since I was not standing where the Caucasian male was standing I didnāt get recognized? I proceeded to tell the cashier, āoh im nextā and proceeded to walk up The guy at the cash register was giving me a nasty look like he didnāt believe I was next in line even though Iāve been standing here. I looked at the Caucasian male and asked him to please confirm that Iāve been here because the cashier was not going for it. The Caucasian male did confirm I was here before he even came But the cashier Proceeds to tell me āwell I need to go stand in the line behind him.ā (The Caucasian man). I felt disrespected and I left. I am almost 30 years old. So to be treated like Iām a lying kid and Iām nothingā¦ I didnāt appreciate it.

Coffee is basic Starbucks fare, but if you plan on working please be aware that they have covered up all of the power plugs. I'm not sure if this is a widespreak Starbucks policy, but it is here.

Starbucks used to be the place to go, but they've gradually removed seating and now there are no outlets. It's a shame the way things are going. The coffee itself is too expensive and not that good, and now you can't charge anything either. I recommend places like this be converted to free public restrooms and showers. I guess I'll get a coffee anyway, this time, even though I came specifically to kill some time.
I went in the morning and was going to try a new breakfast sandwich they offered, and when I was about to take a bite of the sandwich I noticed a very long curly hair coming out the bag and immediately got disgustedā¦canāt believe this is even happened to me I thought starbucks was more sanitary now in days, I guess not
