None of the food delivery apps don’t carry certain items for hot teas. Example door dash doesn’t have the honey citrus mint tea on there menu. Check other delivery apps they say the same, not on there menus, figure least make it a searchable item where it could be ordered.

Hat to be writing this review but I needs to be done. I frequently visit this starbies location because I’m constantly in the area. In fact this location baristas usually make some of the best lattes. However Yesterday morning while I was in the area handling some legal matters I had to go into Starbucks to use the restroom. After the restroom I kindly asked for an ice water. I have health issues and decided a cold water would be best over a coffee yesterday. When I asked for a water the barista looked at me and with a rude attitude told me just so you know the restroom and waters are for paying customers only. Baffled by his comment I looked at him and told him how rude he was. I spend enough damn money at Starbucks and that’s his comment??? I willl never ever buy from this location again.

I’m glad I didn’t tip because this Starbucks sucks ! Who ever was in charge of calling names was not even loud enough. There is toooo much things going on. If you are going to get a job in a LOUD environment please use your voice ! Will not be coming back to this location.

i work at a different starbucks location and i will say that i can tell that none of their drinks here are standard. 99% of the time it tastes like it was thrown together. good service but terrible drink quality :/ they “forget” ingredients of every drink every time so far that ive gone (6 times now).

At approximately 5:45 pm, on March 10, 2025, the evening employees from this exact location prefer to be deep into their conversations rather than be friendly and attend the customers accurately. Plus, the Caucasian barista had our drinks ready and never called our names out when our drinks were sitting for a while. We waited too long for only two drinks and it was not busy at all. Plus, we were the only customers ordering. I do not mind waiting a long time when there are many customers. But when baristas are too lazy to even call out our name when the drink is ready, that is just concerning. My partner and I were able to know the drinks were sitting there for a while because the cup was sweating the ice 🧊off, and the drink tasted water down. Plus, the flavor of the drink tastes disgusting. I have to go to another location to get the drink redone. I ordered this same drink every week at least 3 times a week, and it doesn't taste disgusting like how it did at this location.
