I ordered only to watch and wait for 2 or 3 others to order at the register and get their orders and go. Then when I asked where my drink was several workers said they have to make it. When I told them my observation about others getting serviced ahead of me, they talked to me like they were calling me a lyer. Don't go to this Starbucks if you are disabled and can't advocate for yourself. Not worth the hard work to get there. And, worse yet I asked for SWEET TEA and ended up with something sour when I finally got it. I didn't drink it and got my money back.

I frequent this location almost daily. The vibe between the morning crew va afternoon is different. Today I ordered on the app and I ordered my usual grande white chocolate mocha w/added shot. So when I get to the counter I’m waiting and waiting. I ask where’s my drink? The asks what I have and at this point I was upset because I’m now going to be late for work that I forgot what I ordered. A customer was picking up their order and said there’s a Michelle. I said no mine is hot not cold. Well turns out they made the wrong drink and now I have to wait even longer. This inconvenience mafe me 12 minutes late for work. The kid said sorry nonchalantly which upset me even more. I’ll drive the extra mile and take my business elsewhere.

I live nearby this location, so I’m a regular customer, honestly only because my wife loves Starbucks. Anyway, I go here often & have just about had it! Apart from the long waiting they can’t follow a simple instruction, it’s even in the label! NO ICE!

It was one of the worst services that I have encountered. I waited about 5 min ar the cash register for someone to acknowledge I was there to order. Then I had to wait longer than the other 5 min to have my drink ready. The staff is very busy, but they are not enough to handle such a busy store.

I love this Starbucks. They have great customer service no matter what time or day I come. If the line is too long and takes forever (mornings) they at times compensate & at night they’re just pleasant.
Whoever the young lady there that was working tonight (7/14/24) with braces, love her! Great energy.
