Wanted a quick morning coffee, first time I've been in this neighborhood. There were a few cars in the drive through but it moved quickly. The person that took my order was super friendly and the sound at the order speaker was very clear (yes kind of an odd detail but most drive through speakers sound like a 1930s ham radio). My latte was ready almost instantly and the person who gave me my drink was also very friendly and polite. Well done Bellflower!!

Ordered here once before, but they failed to add my shot of espresso I paid for. Thought I'd give them another chance today, but my frappe once again tasted like syrup and sugar. Not a hint of an extra espresso shot. Also coworkers were not friendly and didn't greet me as I approached the counter. Threw my frappe away. Poor service, drink was a -10

Kaitlyn has very very poor customer service! Extremely rude! She really doesn’t need to work here. She said she’s the supervisor but she clearly needs more training! I won’t be returning to this location based off her and her service. She raised her voice at me and that’s completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated!
I come to this Starbucks and all my coworkers since they open but you can definitely notice when they have new staff because they coffee is always nasty and cold plus rude staff it’s been months that we all notices this if you guys don’t like to make coffee you should work somewhere else because we expect our coffee great this is the reason why we go every day now we are going to the Starbucks on south st always great coffee and very friendly staff you can feel the vibe so good luck with that attitude (:
