I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Kelani this evening (October 19 at approximately 8:20 PM). I had already purchased a drink through the drive-thru and went inside to study, as I have done many times before. After I finished setting up my laptop and schoolwork, she came over and informed me that she saw me walk in with the drink and that I was not allowed to remain inside unless I made an additional purchase.

I explained that I only needed about an hour to study and that I had already paid for a drink, but she showed no understanding or empathy. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely apathetic. I would never purchase a second drink just for the “privilege” of being allowed to sit—especially as a paying customer.

As someone who has previously worked at Starbucks, I was shocked. I could never imagine treating a customer in that manner, let alone preventing someone from trying to better their life through education after they have already made a purchase.

This experience left a very negative impression, and I sincerely hope it is addressed. I will not be returning to this Starbucks or giving this location any more of my business.

Everytime me and my Kids come here they are always sweet, kind, and always fast. Today I received mine and my sons order and they had cute little messages on them. I wasnt able to catch our Baristas names but THANK YOU ‼️

Came to this Starbucks to use the restroom and was asked to buy something before using it. I was ok with it until I heard the barista take someone's order from the drive-thru. The person ordering wanted water and they asked him to also buy something to get the free water. They claimed it was a Starbucks policy. I had to look into this and indeed was true. The new policy is effective as of January 2025.

Wanted a quick morning coffee, first time I've been in this neighborhood. There were a few cars in the drive through but it moved quickly. The person that took my order was super friendly and the sound at the order speaker was very clear (yes kind of an odd detail but most drive through speakers sound like a 1930s ham radio). My latte was ready almost instantly and the person who gave me my drink was also very friendly and polite. Well done Bellflower!!
