Unsatisfied with tge manager there his name is Alex the cashiers that rang me up his name is eli and I had money on my Starbucks app plus I reloaded 40 dollars more now mind you I'm a Starbucks lover but after today I'm really thinking about going to dunking donuts or tierra Mia because I've never had thos issues before where they take all my money from my card then add the money back then over charge me for my drinks had to call corporate on them and this makes no sense Alex has no good customer service he should not be manager really upset do not go there I know I'm not smfh.

I avoided reviewing this starbucks location for some time, because I wanted to keep it all to myself. But now it's time.
This is one of the greatest starbucks locations I've been, the food is good, and the drinks taste pretty good. And the service is consistently good!

The inside is nice and spacious to sit, relax, study. Friendly staff, always say Welcome to incomers. I came by nearly every other day. They are the newest in town, faster than the starbuck on South near Walmart.Beautiful wall arts.
The service at this location has gone down in the past few months.I usually order via mobile because I'm close enough to walk so that when I arrive, my order is ready or just coming out.These days if I order food and a drink, only one will be ready and I have to ask for the other because it hasn't been started.Today I made an order and my food was ready but not the drink. A couple had walked in a few minutes after I did and made an order, and they received their food and drinks in a timely manner but when I asked about my drink, they hadn't even started making it yet.I liked this location because of how convenient it was for me for mobile ordering, but I think I'm going to have to start going to another location.
