I love this location...Ruby, George, Alexis, Jason are all amazing. Alex is not. I dread coming and having Alex as my drive thru person. I am spending minimum $15 each visit. I almost stopped coming to this location because of the negativity that Alex gives towards me. Im heading to work each morning and do not need that vibe from Alex...but the rest of the staff...AMAZING.

Every time I get a drink from here its incorrect. I dont have a complicated order, I get a venti brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. I only ask for an extra shot of espresso when its going to be that sort of day. They've switched the milk without asking (I'm lactose intolerant, so that was a fun dayš), They've not added the extra shot I paid almost $2 for a number of times. They've forgotten to add the brown sugar syrup, which is just ridiculous. This shouldn't be happening when you're paying $9 for the drink. Obviously I wont be going to this location anymore, which is really disappointing because its so close to my apartment.

Stopped to buy to venti lattes...NO LINE! Now that was a first!
Bought 2 breakfast loads and to venti lattes. Drove away. Pleasant service.
Drove one block away on San Antonio and took a drink of the venti latte. Hmmmm, something was different. Took 3-5 more drinks and when I reached Atlantic Ave...I looked at the cup and it seemed as if it were melting! THE LID WAS MADE OF PAPER, LIKE A PAPER STRAW. IT WAS LITERALLY DISINTEGRATING EACH TIME I TOOK A DRINK. PAPER STRAWS? NO! PAPER LIDS? I'M DONE.

I agree with the review on Alexis in the drive thru. Iāve had encounters with her and they were not welcoming or kind at all

Alexis in the drive thru speaks AT you instead of TO you and when she hands you the tip machine says ājust click no thanksā like she knows her customer service is bad already. Iām big on tipping, I still tipped even though she said that. But I donāt appreciate the way she speaks to people, she kept saying āwhat else?ā After I already said āthatās it loveā. Terrible customer service on her part. She shouldnāt work the drive thru at all
I am a local resident to this Starbucks and come often. I asked for a cup of water in which i was attempting to tip the barista who said I must make a purchase. I refused. As a large corporation, Starbucks makes tons of money a year. I continued to study at the Starbucks and Kiwa - said barista - said I needed to leave if I didnāt make a purchase. I understand but also - I have never been asked by a Starbucks employee to leave. I wasnāt bothering anyone just minding my business. I would rather support a small business coffee shop than be treated like this at Starbucks.

if youre sitting waiting for someone before purchasing they will come to you and ask you to purchase otherwise āthis seats are only for starbucks customerā even you just been sitting less than 5 minutes. Felt bad for the elderly couple sitting next tom me because they were asked to leave because they arent purchasing and just there to enjoy the sun.
