Their power went out ?? I ordered my coffee jugs 30 min prior to a funeral service and I was late bc they had to clean their whole coffee machines out ?? I was not compensated for my time or anything .

Went this morning and even though it was super busy, the girl working drive thru was super nice, and helped pick my drink. Made my morning, my cup even had a cute handwritten note with my name !

This location is terrible! I’ve tried to give this location a shot, but every time I come here, I leave annoyed. First of all, the staff are not friendly at all. They don’t acknowledge you until you approach them. And they are terrible with their mobile orders every time I do a mobile order I have to approach the counter and that’s when they start working on the drink. I understand locations can get busy and sometimes mobile orders fall behind, but this location is always empty. I never see it crowded so I don’t understand what the delay is with their mobile orders. For example, my drink today was placed at 9:09 and expected to be ready at 9:13 according to the app I did not show up to the counter until 9:19, and while my food item was ready, they had forgotten about my coffee and barely started working on it, which is extremely upsetting seeing as the drive-through line and the seating area were completely empty, and I was in a rush to get to work and had to wait for my coffee a couple of extra minutes. Do better.

I really had the pleasure of meeting the manager and several baristas.
Very welcoming and clean.
Sense of urgency is necessary, but I also want my beverage correct. Don't be slow, and still mess up my drink while I have patience to wait there.

I guess some reviewers are negative because it takes time for a new location to workout the kinks. I had a drive-thru order and it was quick in and out. Excellent service
