Waited at order pick up for 10 minutes as the workers ignored me because I looked like a vendor in my work clothes they assumed that i wasn't a customer so they chose to just ignore me
This Starbucks deserves no stars.
They have poor customer service.
I will not be going to this location again.
I do not understand how can Starbucks hire employees that do not know how to serve their customers.
Going to this Starbucks was a very unpleasant experience.
Easy parking but zero chairs or tables inside the Starbucks. Be aware if you plan to come here to hangout or study.

I was very happy that this store made the drink look like the picture online. Apparently, it's difficult to make, and it usually looks like chocolate milk on ice. But when it is layered, it has a lot of flavors going on. So thank you for knowing how to do it the way i like it. ?

The other day, I placed an order for two drinks through the app. However, when I received my order, only one drink was made as the other drink required syrup which was not available at the moment. The barista was very polite and explained the situation to me. I was given the option to choose another drink and the barista promptly made it for me. Both the drinks were delicious, and I appreciate how well the situation was handled.

Only thing I dislike is the people hanging out outside.
This my 1st time at this location in a while and it was OK. They just have a bit of a homelessness issue which I guess is everywhere these days.
