Longer wait but very high traffic so they did great. Extremely friendly and the manager handled a crazy rude customer quick and professionally. Outside is different, not starbucks issue but the homeless and people on drugs walking around was typical California currently and not good for kids to walk around solo!

This is also not a dine in Starbucks. If you are looking to sit and enjoy your drink it's very cold in appearance there's not enough space in there for tables or benches so they don't have any

Waited over 20 min for 2 drinks and they did not even acknowledge me. I highly recommend 7th &redondo they have way better customer service..

This location is unacceptable!! Very mean employees, and one of the baristas intentionally messed up my order! I am very disappointed, please avoid this location if possible.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the staff at this location. They are so friendly! I did a mobile pickup this morning. I messed up and ordered my coffee hot instead of iced and the staff insisted on remaking it for me. I used to work at Starbucks and know how stressful mornings can be. This team was handling it gracefully with big smiles. That can make a huge difference to someone’s day. I’ll definitely be back to this location!

So i usually come here everyday. The rest of the employees are super nice. Today wasn’t a good day.
Chey was at the register. She was rude and short with me and other customers.
I wouldn’t recommend this establishment if this specific employee is working.

DJ (girl with the heart tattoo) was so so kind! Great customer service.

Waited at order pick up for 10 minutes as the workers ignored me because I looked like a vendor in my work clothes they assumed that i wasn't a customer so they chose to just ignore me

This Starbucks deserves no stars.
They have poor customer service.
I will not be going to this location again.
I do not understand how can Starbucks hire employees that do not know how to serve their customers.
Going to this Starbucks was a very unpleasant experience.

Easy parking but zero chairs or tables inside the Starbucks. Be aware if you plan to come here to hangout or study.
