Baristas do not pay attention to drink customizations for in-person or mobile orders. Staff if very hostile to requests, even when drink is wrong due to their error (I have a dairy allergy, and always order no whipped cream. At least 75% of the time, there is whipped cream on my drink, which will make me very sick). Seating area is frequently very dirty, but has potential.
