The staffs are mostly nice and helpful. Some are a bit unhelpful especially when they are busy with the hotel guests. They only operate under the flag of Starbucks but they don't have any benefit you can get from a purchase, like the Stars ad the Promo.
Walked across the p. lot from hotel - 5 a.m. & they were out of several flavors & I seriously couldn't get a drink here! Went elsewhere
