The coffee is fine but they are Christian coffee shop attempting to quietly infiltrate an accepting and liberal downtown Long Beach! They should take that nonsense to Fresno.

Steadfast Café on Broadway is not just a coffee shop, it’s a place to meet new friends. There’s no corporate feel here because it’s not a chain, this is a family run business rooted in Faith and family values, (right down to the artwork on the walls, complements of his very talented daughter). The menu is innovative, fresh, unique & The barista’s are genuinely friendly and happy to make recommendations. It’s clear they care about quality and community. Bonus points for offering dairy free options and a shelf stocked with local artisan products.
The Matcha drinks are a big hit, my personal favorite is Strawberry, matched with a warmed Almond Croissant….. you are transported right to France! (All his pastries are super fresh from a Bakery in Long Beach)
So if you’re a coffee lover, looking for a place with character, great taste and a welcoming energy give this place a try you won’t regret it.

Went and visited this second location. The place is very welcoming, the food is delicious. Had their breakfast sandwich that never disappoints and coffee is amazing. But I already knew that bc their first location at 17406 Beach Blvd H.B is closer to my home and it’s our favorite hang out with girlfriends. This is family owned and the owners & workers are very courteous and helpful. So no matter which location you will always get great food, drinks and service.

The food and drinks are good! If you don't have an aversion to overt Christianity, this place could be a great hang out spot. Unfortunately, from the Bible verse hung by the cash register to the preachy messaging on the owner's t-shirt, it is clear that they have an obvious message to share. We'll see if it works in this neighborhood!

Went to their launch party and the turkey avocado bagel was delicious, staff was nice, service was pretty fast given it was packed. Can't wait to try a latte in the morning.
