Help me I'm in love.Steelhead can easily steal your heart. This Long Beach based coffee shop specializes in all things caffeine. You'll find their menu filled with flavored lattes, matcha, cold brew, and chai.I arrived right before closing and ordered an ice chai latte with oat milk. I also snagged the lone surviving baked good: a chocolate donut. The latte was perfection. A festive pick me up before a holiday get together. The added donut also helped tide over my ravenous appetite. I'd love to explore more of their baked items in the future. Parking can be a little bit of a pain in this area. There's complimentary street parking available, you just have to get lucky. I may have parked slightly in the red to get my coffee fix. :)

Neighborhood favorite. Friendly baristas. I like to stop in there to read or write sometimes or catch up outside with a friend! They usually have good selection of beans - my fav being cat & cloud beans Coffee is always dependable - I’ve had pour overs, drips, cappuccinos, and lattes. Always good.I’ve had some good pastries there too! I really liked the veggie flaky pastry they had a little bit ago. Super yummy heater up!

The cafe has street parking. It's not that crowded, no lines, and outdoor seating. There is a power strip by the booths and there is countertop seating. I love the clean, blue ambiance. The barista was super nice that she even let me take home a cutting. I got the rosemary caramel latte which is their seasonal drink. It was light and slight flower taste. It was $7.00 because I got oat milk. I would recommend coming here.

Vegan donuts and Ethiopian drip coffee?? This is one of my favorite spots to study in LB. The baristas are so kind. It's a cute little shop with indoor + some outdoor seating as well. The neighborhood is also fun to walk around too! I always go in with the intention of ordering an espresso based drink but they always have something rockin on drip. I love Steelhead!

First time here, no line. Tried the café au lait with vanilla flavoring. I opted in for oat milk instead of regular milk temperature was on point and the foam was a bit much but the drink taste really good. Very flavorful I can taste the vanilla, it's not too sweet. Next time, I will opt-in for an additional shot of espresso. Def worth trying again... love supporting smaller coffee shops. In my opinion, they offer better service and you can taste the difference.

This place offered very unique options. I got a peach cardamom latte, which I thought was delicious. It had caffeine and it was the perfect amount of sweet (not too sweet). A really nice girl was working the counter. Her name was Blue and she was helpful with what the place was all about and what they offered. Definitely going back for the vegan donuts. Also this place is just adorable inside. Very clean! Cute spot to get a coffee and hang for a bit

Cozy little coffee spot! Such great, friendly staff and cute interior perfect for studying. By the time I came in, most of the pastries and baked goods were sold out. It was Sunday morning around 10am. Ordered an iced matcha latte with lavender and oat milk, pretty yummy! I saw they had the matcha already premixed in separate container, very dark green. Sister had a strawberry foam cold brew, which was one of their seasonal drinks! Yummy fluffy foam with some strong cold brew.

Nice, comfortable, and cozy corner coffee shop with a friendly and fast-moving staff. They keep the hot and cold beverages flowing. Sit inside with a pastry and your favorite coffee or tea-related drink or take in the outside air at a sidewalk table. The menu is simple and simple is good. Inside the shop is clean and small. The coffee is delicious and that's what counts. There's not much parking here so you might have to find a spot on the side streets and take a little stroll. Enjoy your sips on the way back.
