Excellent coffee but extremely slow services. It took them 20 min to take orders of 5 people waiting in line.
Probably the best cappuccino I have had. I am not a huge coffee buff but what I can say is it is just the best texture of any espresso drink I have tried in any country. Truly worth trying..

I’m hanging out with my friends at a cozy coffee shop. We’re sitting close together by the big window, just enjoying each other’s company. The place feels so warm and relaxing — there are shelves behind us filled with mugs, tumblers, and cute little items that make the café feel extra cozy. We’re all smiling, chatting, and having a good time — such a perfect chill moment with great company.

I’ve heard about stereoscope and always saw the lines to this place being extremely long. I thought to myself, this place must be really good, so I gave it a shot. I’d have to say, even for being strict coffee lovers and not an enjoyer of sweets, the coffee was terrible. I got the ganache mocha that was supposed to have real chocolate, and it was neither.
This was one of those cups where you accept your loss and just throw it away. Maybe it was done wrong the day I went but I won’t ever know.

Struggling a bit with a review. We went a couple times this weekend after not having been for a while. And we actually tried a couple new drinks and a couple familiar ones. I love their hot chocolate because it's unique but this time it seemed to miss the mark of it with how it wasn't mixed up. It just seems like a lot to pay to have a drink that isn't fully drinkable. We were also surprised to learn their removing the chai and didn't have it at this store. That's always been a favorite drink in our group. And I think the other thing that was hard to see is how front and center a merchandise is now. Instead of it being in a cozy little corner, it is taking over one of the best seating areas they had for multiple people. We've seen more businesses, especially coffee shops start to add more product and sacrifice other things. We only represent a small number of customers to these shops, but we definitely aren't fans of the vibe of added merchandise at the sacrifice of the ambience of the store. 😢

love the matcha here! one of my favorite matchas in LA
If you’re black don’t even think about going here. The Asian looking lady let the yt lady infront talk for 29 minutes to her while she took the order and after. I was next then she decides to walk away for 10 minutes without saying anything “one second etc. little does she know I’m a successful business owner and actress.

The staff’s friendliness stood out to me the most. We are new to LBC, and they were super kind and welcoming about it.
I did originally come here to try some matcha upon the recommendation of others, but their other drinks caught our eyes.
This place is definitely a “get in / get out” or “catch up with 1-2 friends for an hour or less” type of place rather than a “camp out and study/work” one. Fingers crossed that they would consider expanding to be more like the latter, but that’s just me! The atmosphere is really cute and refined.

It's on the expensive side. Inside is smaller than it looks from outside. Courteous staff. No restroom. Paid and free street parking. It can be challenging to find a parking near it. The drinks aren't bad but not sure if they are worth the price. Pastry seemed a bit greasy. Seating is very limited and not suitable for sitting and enjoying drinks inside. More suited for grabbing drinks and walking around the area.

Restaurantji Recommends
Awesome coffee (espresso), simple and elegant design, and matcha is very high quality (ceremonial). They also have a solid coffee and matcha selection to buy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top tier coffee and matcha.

This place really knows how to make their coffee . We came here on Labor Day and the Line was out the door . Thank goodness we stayed ! Probably the best Spanish latte I’ve ever had . Their cups are so cute - some seats available inside . Great service they bring the coffee right out to you ;)

This is a cool spot on busy second street. Parking is a nightmare. The coffee shop is tiny and it was packed. It’s worth the wait. The coffee was very good!

Got the matcha latte (the cheapest option I forgot the name) and it was really good! No bitterness but it was a bit gritty at first. Options for matcha and water, matcha tonic, and matcha latte (with milk). If you order less ice, they won’t fill your cup to the top. Parking is hard to find and street parking is free for the first 15 min.

My go-to is a Madagascar vanilla latte. It's always so good and consistent plus very friendly service.
