It is what it is... took grandkids here for lunch, local, friendly, inexpensive with arcade games. Wish the pizza was better but the twists were great... and they had a Firestone IPA on tap.

Last time I had Strawhat Pizza was around 1976 ish. My dad had a janitorial company. I cleaned three Strawhats a night through high school. Sure brought me back.

Owners or managers, whatever they are, are miserable people. Have only been here twice and regretted coming back the second time. First time they were just pissy, didn't seem eager to want to help customers. No thank you, just grunts. Took my card, swiped it, handed it back without saying anything but the price. This latest time, I stood at the counter for 3-5 mins while the one in the hat and cargo shorts berated an employee. Something about not charging someone for something insignificant. When I asked if anyone was working the counter was told "in a minute!!" rudely. Asked her if she understood that making a customer wait while you berate your staff was not good customer service and she looked at me like she wanted to punch me. If running that place is sucking the soul out of your life, quit, sell it, whatever you need to do. Because it shows that you're miserable...
This is a nice local spot that if family friendy, with a nice older arcade area for kids to play. Their pizza is good, with lots of options. They have gluten free options as well. The service is not traditional as you order at the register and they bring it to the table, but still great for a family style pizza place. The owners are wonderful, talkative, and kind.

First time I went, I was a very disappointedCustomer service was not good, the two old women were so rude, I bought four drinks I couldn't drink it because the fountain drink machine was very dirty, yellow and moldy everywhere. Where the ice came from was moldy, I asked for a salad and the seeds were old, I said if I could change the salad but she said ok and she just gives me the plate like whether The spaghetti was tasteless my son didn't eat it . The only good thing was the pizza, I wasted my money. First and last time I will be there .
