I ordered online because of the deals. I ordered a wrap, when I tell you it looked like a small burrito, it was. I was completely DISAPPOINTED. This is my regular to go when I go to Subway, #40, Turkey, avocado and bacon.
MISSING avocado. WAY TOO MUCH SALT.
The young lady working was more concerned about catching the bus than wheat she was doing.

Maybe that why they encourage online ordering so they can give you skimpy food.

The air conditioner was broken. It was suffocatingly hot. That work environment was not healthy. Staff didn't prop open the front door for fear of flies. They should be commended for working without complaint as they served the customers.

The subway in Long Beach California on Willow and Long Beach Blvd. Not very friendly atmosphere. I waited 10 minutes for service because the guy was busy making online orders. Once I was able to order, the cashier told me that they have discontinued cheddar broccoli soup. Also you will have to ask for crackers or you won’t get them with a soup or a salad because they are always out of crackers. The tomatoes look ? funny

They skimp on the meat on mobile orders. The other Subways in the area do not. If you want a sandwich with half the meat it's supposed to have, this is your place.

I added cucumbers and pickles to a sandwich and they wanted to charge me more because anything outside of Lettuce, tomato, onion was premium toppings and extra.

This Subway is not what it used to be, they used to be really good, now you walk in and the workers have an attitude, today my wife ordered a #6 the boss and no cheese,bell pepper or onions on the Sandwich!! That's it for me! I rather go to the one on Wardlow & LB Blvd.!! ??????

This restaurant is not open 24 hours everyday as advertised on Google. Ordered through the app and got charged but when I came for my order..the 2 female workers were very rude and would not pay attention to me at the door intentionally like I was a ghost. This location has some of the rudest people working there and don't know how to talk to people correctly and respectfully. They just shut off the lights and didn't even care that I got charged for my order...and didn't want to make my food. If you're not open 24 hours everyday...at least shut off the order function on the app so no orders go through and also fix the business hours on Google. And most importantly..teach your employees customer service skills cuz some (not all) employees there are rude.
