Couldn't get my order in. Worse customer service ever! I came in around 7 pm 1 person was ahead of me, I stood in line, the subway worker assisted the person in front of me. Next comes in another person while the subway worker is finishing up w the first customer, she charges him, says goodbye. I'm thinking I'm next, but the worker completely ignored me and the other customer in line, didn't acknowledge us at all. She started preparing other orders, but still no word from her. I finally spoke up and asked how much longer until I could order. She said she didn't know and continued working on other orders. I told her that I understand she has other orders, but to at least acknowledge us, and let me know she'll be w us in a moment. The worker said ok and laughed and continued working on other orders. I left, wasted 10 minutes of my time. Never again will I go to this subway. I recommend the one in Carson next to Walmart. They have the best customer service.

The only worker at night looked like he was high of weed. I had an order for 11:35pm when I walked in the employee told me my sandwich was not ready and there was others still waiting for their order to get done I had to wait another 20 mins just to get a sandwich that was supposed to be done @ 11:35 than as I was waiting for my sandwich to be made 3 customers came in after me & one was a DoorDash who’s order should had also been done this is unacceptable!!! They need to have 2 employees at night!! The employee needs to stop smoking weed & learn to be more productive!

I can’t even begin to explain the distraught feeling and service I received coming in to eat to take out on a Saturday night, May 24 at 9:45 PM. I came into the restaurant. I asked the worker Mr. DAYEON I clearly ask if it would be an exception because they’re 24 hour location with no explanation he said at 10 PM EBT Cal fresh benefits could not be taken for payment at the restaurant and if you don’t notice the EBT Cal fresh is almost like a debit card and can be used at any other fast food chain location that accepts EBT that’s 24 hour location and with no explanation, he walked away from me to deal with other customers and that’s OK but it was my order my time to order. I addressed the issue and the situation with Mr. DAYEON And he proceeded to feel agitated and caused him to even move even more slower because I decided to say something about my complain that he’s moving too slow and about four people walked out including me, which the subway is clearly losing business, not only on the EBT side, but on cash money side I feel very disrespected when I came here to order a sandwich on a Saturday morning, May 24 at 9:45 PM. I was excited to order my sandwich and when I learned that there was no meatballs no marinara I did not want to order anything, but the level of service here was near zero stars zero stars what a very bad service I receive here today

There is a homeless man who is always in there lobby and he smells like urine and sweat.The employees allow it. It's very uncomfortable to sit and dine with the smell.

I am writing to express concerns about dramatic behavior when I didn't do anything to anyone. Didn't greet nor fully smile. Just nothing but full of gossip.

The employee's behavior was disappointing, as she neglected to include napkins in my bag, yet provided them for others. Her demeanor suggested that she only extends courtesy to those she deems deserving. I was not treated with the same level of respect, which seemed overly dramatic.

After awaiting an opportunity to consult an employee, recognizing their workload, I was met with rudeness upon requesting refund information.

Employees need hearing aids she can't hear my order. Employees pretending to cleaning but obviously watching me like a hark. My first time here.

The main lady who was I'm charge was rude and they were slow as hell making our food. And for whatever reason, even though we can customize anything else there to eat, we apparently can't add anything to the new Doritos Nachos? Doesn't make sense. Will NOT be coming back to this particular Subway.

I know that all locations are franchises and I can tell that not all locations choose to accept coupons, which can be very frustrating. This location consistently accepts coupons and is open 24 seven the staff is never bad and my sandwiches are always good. This altogether makes for my favorite subway and all of Long Beach. It is also very close to the Long Beach airport, which is another big bonus.
Sincerely, my appreciation to the owners of this franchise for accepting subway coupons.

I ordered online because of the deals. I ordered a wrap, when I tell you it looked like a small burrito, it was. I was completely DISAPPOINTED. This is my regular to go when I go to Subway, #40, Turkey, avocado and bacon.
MISSING avocado. WAY TOO MUCH SALT.
The young lady working was more concerned about catching the bus than wheat she was doing.

Maybe that why they encourage online ordering so they can give you skimpy food.

The air conditioner was broken. It was suffocatingly hot. That work environment was not healthy. Staff didn't prop open the front door for fear of flies. They should be commended for working without complaint as they served the customers.
