Today I went to grab a quick lunch I got the wrap that is normally done with a tortilla however it was made with flatbread that tasted like plan flower. Yes I noticed that it was made different but I didnāt complain because I always like my sandwiches regardless how itās made. Plus I was very hungry. As I took a couple of bites I noticed that the bread wasnāt cooked and my spinach was stringy as if it was sitting out all day I went back to subway to see of I can get something different and was told that I couldnāt get another sandwich and that I had to again.
I will let my company / coworkers know about the poor customer service and the poor quality of their food it was not fresh and I pray I donāt get sick. Lucky for them I didnāt have my phone on me or I would have taken pictures of the old veggies that were out before they took it away, the work station was not clean at all. As for customer service it was good when I got the sandwich but when I took it back the girl looked at me as if my concerns didnāt matter. Please people donāt eat here.
Subway measures the portions they give you, which is very little chicken. My sub was all bread and veggies . And it was $10 for a six inch .total rip off from subway. Never going back. Staff was friendly

This girl was making my sandwich I ask for Mayo it ran out she put to squirts in I asked if you're going to put more she said there wasn't any I said okay when she was done she didn't even wrap right I ask her if she was new because it showed or she didn't care I should of just left it there and went somewhere else but I was tired never going there again

I was told this subway scoops are less. I purchase the same meal from every subway in my area. This is the only one that came with excuses as to why my sandwich is so light in weight. So instead of 4 scoops of tuna this one apparently give 3 and even when I order extra then itās only one scoop. With the smallest scooper I have ever seen. It honestly just seem like they are uneducated. They are claiming the others are franchised.

The Young Female L**** working at a small job at night Hispanic was rushing my order and when I told her Iāll be back w the money from the car So I Can Get the sandwiches bc I didnāt have the right card she gave me this rude look. Thatās why I didnāt come back and Sheās Very Lucky I didnāt go back and tell her off Plus Iām scared I Would had attacked her No Cap!!
