This girl was making my sandwich I ask for Mayo it ran out she put to squirts in I asked if you're going to put more she said there wasn't any I said okay when she was done she didn't even wrap right I ask her if she was new because it showed or she didn't care I should of just left it there and went somewhere else but I was tired never going there again

I came to this establishment over a few weeks ago(Yelp took down my original review) looking forward to getting a sandwich and was happy that it was 24 hours. I went inside to get from one of your associates. (Yelp doesn't want me to put description of what the associate looks like as they would flag it) She seemed nice in demeanor and made my sandwich. I noticed my sandwich didn't seem as filled in comparison to other sandwiches I've gotten in the past. When I got home to enjoy the sandwich, my sandwich looked like it had no chicken, mostly bacon cheese and veggies. I decided to go back to the establishment to have my order fixed. When I presented the whole sandwich (opened up for her to view) to the associate, she said that she put chicken in my sandwich. As I looked at the open sandwich, I couldn't see any chicken. I asked for a refund. She was not going to complete this request. I asked her to give me the manager's number. She just looked at me with an attitude. She grabbed one of her gloves, to dissect it sandwich some more and found there was only little pieces of chicken, not the usual amount they put in the sandwich. She said this is the standard amount they put for a chicken sandwich (not true). This associate was not willing to provide a solution and any real customer service. As there was no manager in sight, I ended up grabbing my sandwich and left. Will be filing a grievance to corporate. The customer service thing this person couldn't done was to apologize for the inconvenience and add some chicken to the sandwich or something different/better to better the situation.

As a subway fanatic, I would want to mention that this location has one of the best workers and quality of food!!The atmosphere of the place is overall welcoming. It seems that they make cleanliness as one of their popularity, as is customer service. Overall, I was welcomed by a young lady (with short beautiful curly hair and black glasses) she was the one to take my order. She made sure I was satisfied with what I ordered and over all the portions of meats and veggies given. She made this experience enjoyable and will be coming back soon!!

I was told this subway scoops are less. I purchase the same meal from every subway in my area. This is the only one that came with excuses as to why my sandwich is so light in weight. So instead of 4 scoops of tuna this one apparently give 3 and even when I order extra then it’s only one scoop. With the smallest scooper I have ever seen. It honestly just seem like they are uneducated. They are claiming the others are franchised.

The Young Female L**** working at a small job at night Hispanic was rushing my order and when I told her I’ll be back w the money from the car So I Can Get the sandwiches bc I didn’t have the right card she gave me this rude look. That’s why I didn’t come back and She’s Very Lucky I didn’t go back and tell her off Plus I’m scared I Would had attacked her No Cap!!

The two Mexican girls behind the counter were very rude and condicending, smerky faces neither one of them belong dealing with the public- I had to tell them to put mayo,mustard they were closing my sandwichs without adding the dressing when I asked her to plz put it she copped an attitude with me told me" I was going to put it", when I pointed out she was closing my sandwichs and ready to wrap them she raised her eyebrows at me and she she was "Not", the man behind me shook his head and left said he was going next door to Wingstop instead of here, when he left they both laughed I was ready to do same but my brother who is in the hosp wanted Subway when I told him what transpired he said he won't go back to this location EVER nobody deserves to be treated the way my Mom and I were, when I left I mentioned how rude they were and very unprofessional they just looked at me like they didn't hear me or care when my mom and I were going out the door they started laughing I was ready to go back inside but my mom told me don't waste my time on idiots, be fore warned when and if you go to this location be prepared to be treated rudly- If I didn't have my mom I would have given them a piece of my mind and then some,but i have enough respect for my elderly mom not to create a scene in front of her , WONT EVER GO TO SUBWAY AGAIN!!!!!

I had to be in Paramount for car repair. Other fast food had massive lines. I stopped in and got a large Spicy Italian sandwich and a large drink. Very delicious!!!
