Today, on my lunch break, my co wokers did a pick-up order from Subway for the first time, and we were very disappointed. Upon arrival, the employees can be seen and heard arguing with the previous customers. I was so terrified I went back to my car. The employees were not wearing gloves.
We went back inside and received the order and noticed that the drinks were missing. We inquired about it, and the employee stated we didn't pay for any. Because it was an online order, we had to go back to the office to verify on our other co workers phone.

We did, in fact, pay for drinks because we all got meals. We called the restaurant to inform them about the mix-up and to request a refund. The employee Carolina had a major attitude and kept insisting that the error was on our end. She refused to give us her superiors information. She just kept going back and forth with us. Then, she stated we had to come in to get a refund or the drinks. Which made no sense because it was an online order. One of the sandwiches was missing ingredients and had incorrect ingredients on it. None of the sandwiches were cut in half.

I will not be returning to this location.

The people who work at this location are like useless zombies who don't know anything about customer service. I swear they are in the back making out. They also close before official closing time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE DUMP!!!
