I ordered a sandwich to-go from this location and was absolutely disgusted to find a hair (that looked like a pubic hair) inside it while cutting it at home. I’ve attached a photo and video as proof.
I called the store right away, and the employee told me I needed to bring it in to show them. So I drove all the way back with the full sandwich. When I arrived, the staff didn’t even apologize. She asked me to point out the hair, said something in Spanish I didn’t understand, and offered to make a new sandwich — no apology, no concern.
When I asked for a refund instead, she said she couldn’t do that and told me customer service wouldn’t refund me either, in a very rude and dismissive tone. I was shocked by how little they cared.
I understand things happen — mistakes can occur — but what really matters is how a business handles it afterward, and this location showed no accountability, empathy, or professionalism. Very disappointed.

This location took away the EBT option. Poor decision; why turn down revenue from the market? This is why it’s better to be corporate-owned instead of franchising. Corporate-owned keeps things uniform. Franchisees’ are usually unsophisticated small-business owners with little business experience.

Great service, build own sandwiches turkey and cheese vegetables. Good as always. I got a churro now in the menu. It is the worst had to throw it out, it's like you are chewing into cardboard. Do Not waste your money on the 3 dollar churro.

The workers are good but the cheap owner has not hired enough people. I’ve been here twice and each time had to wait 20 minutes to get my food even though there were only a couple of people ahead of me in line.
