Be careful and always check your receipts when you pay. I noticed my amount was high and I asked the male worker to check my order again and suddenly he happened to realize he charged me for 3 subs when I only ordered 2. He claimed it was a mistake and took off the charge but only until I said something. I have the feeling that extra sub was not an accidental charge …

I came into purchase a sandwich, and upon the sandwich artist making my sandwich. There was a bug in the spinach, that they put in my sandwich, the employee tried to cover it up and act like he didn’t see it, and I had to ask is that a bug in my sandwich? He tried to just remove the spinach leaf that it came from and proceeded with creating my sandwich, I immediately requested for a whole new sandwich to be made, and he made it correctly, but I don’t remember him replacing the spinach that had that bug in it, also it’s just the principal, he wasn’t going to remove the bug had I not said anything. I wasn’t upset at first but now I’m very upset when I think about it! He didn’t offer me anything additional for the inconvenience! Today I called to speak to a manager, the woman that answered the phone, said the manager was not here today, and she asked what was a concerning. I explained briefly of the issue, and she told me to hold on and then got on the phone again, kind of changed her voice around and said she was the manager, and if she could help me, I asked for her name, but she said she did not want to disclose her name. She did not feel comfortable with that, so I said that was strange. How about if I come in store to discuss this issue, and she mentioned that she didn’t feel comfortable in person as well, usually managers disclose their first name at least, I could tell one of the employees was acting like a manager, but didn’t want to give information! I believe these employees don’t care about their customers! Fraudulently acting like a manager, and willing to give out food with an insect inside of it! I don’t think I’ll ever be returning to this location!

I had an excellent experience ordering four footlong sandwiches today. A man who prepared them did so quickly and perfectly. I'm highly impressed and recommend going to him, most of the times he's often working at Carson. Great service!

I came here on my way to my fiance's house about an hour away. I was pleased with how fresh the ingredients were and how nice Luis was when he served me. Thanks for helping me out that day Luis!I usually get the Spicy Italian with the usual on it. I got the combo with the two cookies and a drink and that not only did it fill me up, but it made me extra full! In other words, that and then some! Anyway, thanks again! You represent Subway well and you do your job well. I'd give him a bonus if I owned this store.

Used your bathroom. The toilet bowl was disgusting from not being scrubbed. Like mildew. For customer use, there is NO excuse except a lazy manager

Food: I got the Sweet Onion Chicken on Flat Bread. Same choices as other subways. Could have used a little bit more meat. Veggies tasted fresh.

Service: Clerk was friendly, fast and accurate. Answered all my questions.

Final Thought: place is right off the freeway so it's a quick stop. Place was just remodeled as well. Make sure to get your stamp card!! I am a returning customer.

The associate didn’t seem to want to be there. I had a question regarding a sandwich but decided to not ask because I felt like she would be bothered. Quality of food was ok. Didn’t really up-sale me which was good. Place was cleaned and plenty of space to sit down. I do feel like subway has gotten expensive for what you actually get.
