Ordered in the app and arrived a bit early. She went ahead and made it early when the line cleared and reminded me I forgot to add cheese. Order was correct and fresh. BOGO footlongs in the app that day. She seemed to be having a bad time working alone but wasn’t rude or curt, just pretty quiet.

The service here is awesome. The staff is always very friendly and they acknowledge you even if they are busy. I've been here twice so far and I am impressed by this Subway store. The food is always good. I like the turkey club with double spinach, pepper Jack cheese, and the sauces I switch up from sweet onion to garlic aioli. I feel like they have more sauces these days. Anyways, a big thank you to the all sandwich artists' that work here. (:

I know the subs here are ordinary but when you provide excellent and wonderful customer service the subs become extraordinary! . My first visit was amazing too and I'm happy to report that my second visit was just as amazing. My sandwich artist Cindy did a fantastic work. I'm so amazed how a sandwich creator can be more outstanding than a high end place. Thank you Cindy and the other sandwich artists that have served with incredible customer service.

I love this subway!They make my sub the way I want it, simple basic customer service. And it says a lot seeing as this establishment is one of the only remaining businesses in that place they called "City Place". All the employees are always welcoming and authentic. Other businesses should take note....if they are serious about the business they are in . (The bar is low in long beach but they exceed it by far.) I hope they stick around for the long haul.....much appreciated!!!
