We ordered through the subway app, when we received our food, it was made incorrectly and when we took it back to have it remade (which the employee told us on the phone that he would do) he then proceeded to grab our food and put his hands in it and rip apart the sandwich, then refused to give us a refund or a remake. the worst experience I've ever had here, and the employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. he refused to even make eye contact with my wife as she was explaining the issue. overall do not go here. they are extremely rude and unprofessional.

This place is very disgusting and sick, ants were all over the place and overall had a bad environment. I got a bag of chips and it was open i had to drive back all the way from Wilmington and got my bag of chips and i asked for a free cookie because it was such a drive and gas is expensive and he couldn't even give me that. I hope that corporate fires the guy that served me

No EBT machine last time. Didn't tell me until after he made my sandwich. Was gonna cost almost $20 for a sub. Said I only got $12.50 cash. He said ok. Glad did have to pay almost $20, when it's usually around $13 to $15. Bacon, and avocado is expensive.

The food is gross they messed up my order. i hate to complain, but i paid for pepperoni, not salmoly. They charged me for pepperoni still i would say make sure they put the right things and charge you for the right items

Store doesn't look like it's been swept, guy making our food was on a phone call the entire time and then we saw the lettuce(pictured). I'm honestly afraid to eat what we've bought now. Never ever stepping foot in this location again. Disgusting.

I can see why this place has a two star reviews. Whoever helped us out 11/5 about 730 pm needs to quit or be fired. The guys communication was short and rude. This person should really mind the way speaks to others, they might not be as nice. Either way NEVER coming back.

I hope corporate sees this asap. Last night8-18 I was in the store about 8p. The server was great. He was working on a phone order. He took my order I paid turned around and a gang of kids burst in. They were screaming intimidating. One of them jumped behind the counter grabbed a cup and ordered the worker to turn on the machine. Another kid grabbed my food and ran off. There were about 10 of them. 2 girls the rest guys. Older teenagers. When I walked out some of them outside started cursing at me. The worker was by himself and totally out numbered. He was obviously shaken but handled himself very well. I mouthed to him" I'm going to call the police" and that's what I did. They took the report but I don't know if they showed up. I don't think so. I felt bad for your employee He is a nice guy.

This place has went way down hill. The place is so nasty now. They have workers that don't speak English, so you can't communicate with them. The workers don't clean and are unprofessional. Subway need to get it together. This is not okay, the location is the worse.

I ordered online and they didn't carry wraps and then they almost didn't wanna help me cancel my order this location has bad communication with staff and to make it worse the attitude was just uncomfortable and I feel bad for the walk-in customers that have to deal with that

Staff was very accommodating and efficient, but maybe too fast because they forgot a few toppings on my sub. I ordered "The Beast" from the new menu but I was disappointed with the portion. 3-1 bread to meat ratio if you ask for no tomato or onion. But I blame myself for falling for the false advertising photo ?
