They really fixed this location to be excellent Jasmine made my subway experience wonderful I truly ignore other locations now and will be coming to this location permanently they need more staff just like her she went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct great experience and energy this is how subways should be
Customer service was horrible I placed a order through the app and my order was wrong. The employee remade my order and still got it wrong so I asked to put what items that was missing on the side and the employer gave attitude. I will never place a order from this location ever again
They are very patient here. I had trouble loading my coupon code but they stood there patiently waiting for my slow phone to load.
And while I was there this jerk customer in blue scrubs behind me was belittling one of the employees because she didn't want her pepperoni on top of the meatballs but under the meatballs. I don't know how they are so patient, but if it were me, I'd tell that girl (who works within walking distance) to take the meatballs and shove them.

If you get a person by the name of Jazmin be aware that she is rude. I tried to show her the coupon bar code for the Feb 20% off & she had the nerve to tell me it was taking too long..? Although there was no one but myself in line at the time. When I told her that there was no one in line she said she had other things to do...? It was like yes you do your supposed to attend to the person placing an order right in front of you.. Me.... Well this establishment will not get another Company order from me...they just blew a huge Luncheon order for like 50 people..

I got a takeout order here and they made my food working so I called them and explained my order was wrong I was nice about it cause I know mistakes happen and the girl that answered had an attitude and said there’s nothing they can do about it and hung up on my face. I then had to walk back there which took me 20 minutes there and back then there and back again when they messed up my order. When I got there the guy there side eyed me and my sisters then walked to his co worker to talk about us. Then after they argued about who messed up the order the girl just went to remake our order and the guy hid in the back while we were there then came out after we left. Idk what their issue is but we were nice about it and they were so rude the whole time even though they messed up our order. I like subway but I’ll not come back to this location again fr since yall wanna have an attitude then not try to fix your mistakes.

my sister ordered a sandwich online and they gave her the wrong order. we called to ask if we could come back in to get the correct sandwich and the employee that answered the phone told us “there is nothing we can do, we’re not able to do that.” she then hung up on her. we came in person and both the manager and employee that answered the phone seemed like they did not want to fix the mistake that was made. they went back and forth saying that it wasn’t either of them that did it wrong. i asked could we either have the sandwich remade or get a refund and they both tried to say that they aren’t sure what to do. i just said can the sandwich be remade and finally after a while of going back and forth they decided to remake the sandwich. the employee kept acting incompetent and asking “am i doing it right” after putting every ingredient. the manager left his employee and couldn’t even attempt to help or fix the situation. in the end the employee told us that they do not do refunds or correct orders if they are done wrong. she said that we were lucky that a manager was there because otherwise we wouldn’t have gotten our sandwich remade. we told her that is incorrect and showed her the subway policy that says you can get a refund or have your sandwich remade if you don’t like it or it is incorrect. she kept going back and forth and making up lies as to why we couldn’t not get our sandwich remade. overall both the manager and other employee were both rude. they did not want to serve paying customers and fix a simple mistake that was made. they were very unprofessional and made a trip to subway difficult for no reason.

I place a online order and went to pick it up. When I got home I noticed it was the wrong sandwich so I called asking if I can go back and get the right one and the person that answer just said no and hang up. Went back to ask again in person and there were so rude about it. First rude experiences just want my sandwich

I went to get my sandwich, I bought a coffee, Magee didn't cover it well and when I grabbed it, it fell and she told me that there was no refil and that I had to grab it from below but the glass is hot and it doesn't have a protector, she gave me the coffee with a very bad attitude. As if it were my fault and it's the manager, I asked why, according to the number of glasses, I thought she might be the owner omg
I always eat here since it's a little more healthier and the workers are nice sometimes I get a little offended when they speaking amongst themselves in their language and sometimes I think their speaking bout me but kill them with kindness smile and tell them have a blessed day

? MyLove and I like to go here for sandwiches. We went here after a nice workout at the gym. Whether it’s a ColdCut, Tuna or the Meatball, most of them are good. But sad to say my only problem with this Subway is the staffs attitude. You can actually hear it in the voice. When they said would you like anything else. You can hear it in the tone of their voice saying hurry up and order. Mind you there was no one in line ?♀️ So than, I did what anyone else would of done. I stayed humbled, gentle and kind.You shouldn’t have to be rushed to make an order. Don’t let no staff rush you for no reason. But do your best to stay cool, calm and collective ?
