It's a shame that Zero stars ISN'T an option. Negative 5 for this location. The rude, nose-in-the-air employees can't pay any more attention than if you paid them extra to do so, are bad enough as it is. But my biggest complaint is that, if you don't have something (or are refusing to buy it in order to sell it), then STOP freaking advertising it like you Do sell it. The one and only time I've bought a sandwich from here, almost a year ago, the young woman (owner's daughter, perhaps), who helped me, was a rude snobby little girl. I've only gone in for water 2 or 3 times since. I used to go to Subway locations even if only for the chocolate chip cookies, and I'd buy them in bulk, but I refuse to buy the chocolate chip cookies at this location since they are Not the usual Subway brand cookies but some awful knockoff. Nothing close to what they are at any other locations I've been to. So, I was excited to see the footlong cookie introduced, which is listed up on this location's menu, and thoroughly plastered in the front window next to the door every single day. But I have yet to try it because every single time, day or night that I've gone inside to buy a footlong cookie and churro, I'm told, instead, that 'they don't have it.' Then why leave the giant ads up for it in the store drawing potential customers in if you're not going to sell it or if you ran out of the absolute minimum that you insist on buying? How do you own a store if you don't know how to operate it properly? You advertise, customers buy. Win/win. But if that is all someone is coming in for, and you suck at your job by not knowing how to keep proper inventory, then you lose. It's not a hard concept. You're supposed to advertise things you intend to Sell. But you seem to insist on advertising something that you have never even sold, at least my standpoint, since week after after week, you never seem to have it. It's either that or you haven't figured out how to keep proper inventory and should be replaced by a more competent person who knows how to do their job. Because, 'We don't have it' is a seriously tired, pathetic, and old excuse at this point.

The guy who made my sandwich’s is a very confused man. I tried to use my points and thought they went through but he still rung me up with out my points and didn’t understand that I wanted to use my points. He was trying to give me a cookie and I told him I didn’t want a cookie. I’m conclusion I paid full price for my sandwiches and I got my extra points on top of the 380 points I already had.

Worst subway location ever. This is the only location that is near my house and I can't begin to tell you how incompetent your workers are.The manager either needs to fire everyone and find new workers or give them way more training. THEY CANNOT READ A SIMPLE ORDER!!!! I ORDERED A ROTISSERIE CHICKEN SANDWHICH WITH EXTRA LETTUCE AND TOMATO, OIL , CHEESE, VINEGAR, BELL PEPPERS, ONIONS , SPINACH , AND AVACADO. THEY BARELY PUT ANY CHICKEN, LETTUCE, TOMATO , AND THERE WAS NO SPINACH ON MY SANDWICH ..THIS IS RIDICULOUS CONSIDERING THAT I AM NOT A PICKY PERSON TO BEGIN WITH.. CUSTOMER BEWARE THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN !!!!!

Saw an ad on TV, order 12 inch sandwich online and get a second 12 inch for free. Good deal. Downloaded app and entered code flbogo and discovered that the local franchise on Redondo between 6th and 7th doesn't honor this discount.Of course this is their right, but I called to see if they had any walk in offers that would be taken. I talked to the manager who was very nice and explained that the owner did not accept online offers because they would become too busy. WHAT? too busy?I have supported this store in the past, but if they don't want to honor discounts, I'll drive to the subway at E. anaheim and ximeno where they accept all discounts.

Although I have no complaints about food, the employees are so rude. I usually always order online from here and it's almost always missing one thing, but it isn't a huge deal. Today it happened again, so I called to ask for a refund or credit (paid extra for pepperoni, plus sandwich was missing 3 diff veggies) and they put me on hold, the whole time you can hear them laughing and saying "oh she's mad over pepperoni" "she's asking for a gift card" which I was asking for a gift card, credit, or a refund. I was being polite and waited patiently, but now I understand why this subway had 3 stars. The employees are simply rude and hung up on me.

Completely messed up my online order. I ordered a foot long spicy Italian with Artisan Flatbread, Toasted, Pepper Jack, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Green Peppers, Spinach, and Regular Mayonnaise. They gave me yellow peppers, mustard, no tomato, and black olives which I AM ALLERGIC TO. Completely ruined my night. How hard is it to read an order off of a piece of paper? I used to work for Subway and I never messed up anyones order so terribly. [April 19th, 2023 @ 10pm]
