On my lunch i ordered online and my coworker came in after me and got her order first.Just order in person, online takes too long.

So I was just there to buy some lunch for my clients. One of the gift cards was not working. They verified the balance. The manager swiped 💳 her own card.
Let me tell you, that was the sweetest thing ever. I didn't expect anything of the sort. I am grateful for her customer service and compassion. I don't even live in Long Beach but her shop is clean and has positive energy. The staff is very polite and patient too

Food was alright. They did skip me right after I ordered though.
My friend ordered right after me and they gave my friend his sandwich first. At first I thought it was because mine would take longer to make but then another employee came up and made my sandwich almost immediately so now I'm wondering why the lady that took my order didn't do it.

I rarely post reviews, but this place is especially bad. The workers, even the manager, couldn't understand my question about not charging tax for cold sandwiches. Also, they won't honor coupons, saying they're expired without looking at them.

Worst place ever!!!!!! Place an order online said it will be ready at 5:50pm. Go into the store to pick up my order the employee said there’s a delay because he had to help the customers who were in line first. Like really? There's like 10 customers in line. So I told him to cancel my order. He was like ok, but not until I'm done helping the customers in line. Shitty as place!!!!

Someone must be using a card skimmer for fraud here because it's happened twice to my bf and the last transaction was subway then bam all his monthy benifits are gone it's not a coincidence I'm reporting this location

Friendly employees, clean store and right next to my campus. It was mid day and it was a little busy. It was so worth the wait, I got inspired by each sub that was made before mines. By the time it was my turn, I was so hesitant from all those beautiful subs they were made before mines with love. The young lady washed her hands and changed gloves several times. The bread that was used for my sub was fresh out the oven. The "Elite Chicken Sandwich" with sweet onion sauce made my day with all the veggies. I loved it so much. Thank you subway

Marcos was a really big help he was very attentive very polite and very professional. I would definitely come here again. This was my first visit and I have not been to Subway for over seven years so this was a delight. I think I’m gonna come back and I think I’m gonna come back to this one so I can get this professional customer service thank you

So Subway decided to change their coupons, and now must advise the employee ahead of time to use it. Ended up spending an extra $10 over this ridiculous change.
