I work closely, so this is one of my usual lunch spots and haven't had too many issues. Today when I went there was a perfect balance of solid work ethic from one worker(presumably the franchise owner) who was polite and greeted me and a complete dud for the other who hastily scrapped together my meal and glared Unfortunately I got the ladder he smashed my sandwich like a Cuban cigar rolled tight and put extra effort to skimp out on the toppings and meat. Not to mention was very hasty and rude. Not very "have it your way" my boi Needless to say I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere this place ok but the workers are atrocious.

Called ahead to verify the Footlong BOGO deal is supported here, was told it was by Subway employee. We spent a considerable amount of time customizing the order only to receive an error message during checkout that the deal is not supported there but since we were already close by and went through all that trouble, went in to see if it may have just been an app glitch, same employee says “oh i guess it’s not supported here.” Ridiculous.

This morning I went to get breakfast the o ly employee didn't great me ask me anything for the 10min he took to make a phone order sandwiches then I asked for a wheat and he gave me white bread. My sandwich was thrown together he put to much salt on its was all bad. But he made sure I didn't get the receipt in the bag so I cant complain to the survey smh

Some of the new ppl hired are not very friendly. They give attitude when putting veggies and are very stingy. Used to love this location. The location on 7th Street and orange is way better. Friendly staff there don't come here

I ordered a steak melt sandwich from this location, and when I got it, it was not wrapped in the subway paper but in a paper brown bag. How do I know who did and who didn't touch my sandwich? When I called the location they said that's the way the sandwiches are made which I find totally asinine and ridiculous. I would stay away from this location. I just had to go get a sandwich from Togo's which was a lot better than Subway.

Subway here has always been great. They are clean and safe. Their food always tastes good to me. If your around the area and need a sub.. Go check them out.

First visit to this subway location and the establishment was clean, but customer service was lacking and not up to standard compared to other Subway locations.Myself and a couple walked into the restaurant separately and we weren't greeted. Therefore, I overlooked that and assumed, due to face coverings, the young man was limiting his verbal communication due to Covid19. However, once he stepped to the counter, I had to initiate my order (tuna salad). Upon completion of my order, I was very disappointed with the salad presentation and minimum amount of veggies. I had more croutons than veggies on the salad..Thank you!
