It's mediocre at best... At the price point you can surely do better and get something more authentic. Two small asada burritos and two pollo tacos comes out to over $55 these days? The asada burritos are more like glorified bean burritos ??? The tacos were super blah. I should've taken pictures to show how small it was but I ate it too fast. Save your money and get the real deal, you'll be fuller and happier with your purchase.
This location made my night!! I grew up in the area but haven't had Super Mex in years. I'm in town for a concert and barrrrrely made it in time before they closed but the girl working was still so kind about it. She had already pretty much closed up so I know a last minute order makes more work for her but she was really nice and got me my order with a smile. Seriously, best ending to my night. Thank you!!!
It's too bad the food can't live up to the service in the restaurant. The Carnitas was old had to been a few days old I won't be back and I just moved to Long Beach and I was really hoping for this to be a home run restaurant for me
