This was my first time at the Jr. Mex. We are familiar with SuperMex. The server was very friendly and helpful. The thing I think people should know about this spot is really it's just for take away Although there is some tables and chairs in there. Which we did stay and sit. I wouldn't recommend it. The food was served in to go containers. Even though we were seated at a table. The mini chimmy's were absolutely delicious. It comes with guac and sour cream. We also ordered the super Mex nachos. I wouldn't recommend those. That being said we think they have good food.

Love this place I used to go to get lunch every Friday. I have not worked in the area for over 12 years but whenever I get the chance I visit this location I do. Some of the best tasting food, and I especially love the salsa, particularly the green at this location. My work arrangements have changed so I am closer again and hope to be able to eat her more often again. Only bad thing is the parking and if you are going to dine in there is only a few tables with this being a SuperMex JR.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Jr. Mex on Cherry was far from the positive experience I’ve come to expect over the years. I had an unpleasant encounter with the manager, Maria, whose demeanor was both rude and dismissive. When I attempted to place a simple order for a burrito, she abruptly told me it couldn’t be made, without offering any explanation or alternatives. I’ve always believed that the purpose of a business is to serve its customers respectfully, and I was disappointed by the way I was spoken to. As someone who has been a loyal patron for many years, I left feeling unwelcome and disheartened. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

The new manger refuses to sell cali burrito despite having all the ingredients for it? it’s not even worth it to go anymore.
I went today to superJr mex in Cherry paid $80+ for a burrito that was made with ground meat I ask for a carne asada burrito not ground me. I also order taquitos combo with rice and beans the portions were so small that the plate had so much room for more rice and beans so disappointed. Super mex use to be my favorite place.😞

I visited the store on Cherry (Jr. Mex). I went in and ordered two a la carte tacos. When Maria (manager) packed my order, she didn't include any chips. I asked her for one or two chips, and says I have to pay $1.10. I said I spent $10 on two tacos, why can't I have some chips? She said she only gives two chips with combos only. I know times are tough, but come on. I have frequented Super Mex for 15 years, and this is definitely a change in customer service. That's a whole other level of ridiculousness. I paid the money for the chips, but this isn't about the money. I thought I was being pranked.
