I've been saying that there is no great quality sushi in DT Long Beach for years now and I can finally no longer claim it. Sushi Beluga's produce quality and sushi cuts are what one would expect when eating in Japan. This restaurant is small, and the service was very good. I had the ocean trout nigiri, baked crab handroll, Philly roll, and the aburi salmon nigiri. The salmon nigiri was good, but the ocean trout just ok, I've had better. The Philly roll was very good and the baked crab hand roll was phenomenal.
