Great original melded array of Peruvian and Japanese flavors. Chef Eduardo Ogata's very well trained chefs anailed it. No surprise their receiving Michelin 2022 recognition. Highly recommend this experience to broaden the pallet with tantalizing stimulation.

I've dined at both locations and both have exceptional service. The quality is top notch at both locations but the Bixby Knolls location is closer to home so it's my first choice. The fusion of flavors is out of this world and why I always save this place for those special date nights or when my foodie friends want something out of the ordinary. I'll be back again very soon especially since Father's Day is coming up, I might just end up back here again.
