Taco Beach Cantina

This just reminded me of why I don’t like California or any states that up charge so much. I spent $54 for two burritos and a drink! It is $12 for a burrito that doesn’t even come with meat. The meats are add-ons for $6. The guacamole is an add on for $5 and you can’t even find it in the burrito. The service was meh. She obviously didn’t care about her job. The poor man before me asked for a quesadilla and his quesadilla was placed on a dirty grill that hadn’t been cleared of the previous food. She also placed his to-go box right on top of a cutting board that was used to cut things previously and was not cleaned off. Then she proceeded to put his quesadilla on that same cutting board to cut it. Not clean, not friendly, not affordable!

There is no reason a breakfast burrito should be this terrible and this expensive, especially in SoCal. 11.99 for hotel continental breakfast eggs and cheese and ridiculous prices for ridiculous add-ons. Free the salsa! Avoid at all costs.

The nachos were good, but everything is an add-on so your nachos can get very expensive, very fast. Mine cost $17 and I only added on sour cream.

Pretty solid food for an airport. Would try again and pretty good portion sizes. I tried the burrito with chicken & it was filling-didn’t need to get any extra chips or anything like that. Only complaint is that I’ve never once visited a Mexican establishment that charged for salsa.

My sister and I ordered burritos at the LBA location. Paulina was excellent! The burritos were very good and priced reasonably, especially for an airport. Would definitely try again!

My two Carnita tacos were delicious. I ordered a draft Pacifico and it cost more than the tacos. Approx $18 before tip ??

Ordered street fries and was pleasantly surprised at all crispy the fries were. Pico salsa actually tasted like pico, guac tasted like guac, fries even had a smidge of seasoning. Not very filling, more of a snack meal. I had low expectations and this blew them away honestly.

Went through the airport and ordered food from here. The cheese was not melted on my nachos and the lady at the counter overcharged me which I didnt realize until I got home.

We received quick and friendly service. I ordered tacos that came with rice and beans. My daughter who has to eat gluten free ordered Nacho’s with no problem. The helpings are very generous! They have several items available and also drinks!! Would definitely eat here again!!

Definitely the best option at this airport for speed and quantity. It was actually good food and they gave a surprisingly good amount of it. Most airport food is overpriced and scant. While this is pricey for a taco or burrito, it filled me up, so I was happy.

They are supposed to open at 6AM. With plenty of staff behind the counter they said they opened at 6AM. At 6:05 I asked if I was in the right place to order. They replied that I was in the correct line but that they weren't open yet. They were rude and aloof. I wouldn't mind waiting but my flight was about to start boarding. It was the rudeness that surprised me really. I did get my order in at 6:10 and I will say they were quick about it. Overall it was a disappointing experience.
