Maybe hire a more attentive team , one employee sitting on the patio doing nothing I ask her was anyone available to take my order she just continues to sit and says yes, literally had to yell or nobody else is working can i please know so i can leave or not then everyone starts popping out….delivery truck blocking the ENTIRE parking lot…..poor experience

Need improve on deaf customers if need commication by menu (smart menu technically might be easier order faster just suggest the idea .... drive thur.. Thought , need a smart menu !!!

Order two lux boxes paid then got my cups for drinks then was told there was no ice.. should have told me the paying customer before I paid that there was no ice. Maybe would have changed my mind and not order from there
Staff ignored me standing at counter for minutes, they looked at me, they ignored me some more, I said “hello”, they ignored me still more, I considered my options and their competition, I further considered the quality of food these horrendously rude, disinterested and incompetent people were likely making; then, I left feeling good about my “choice” - which I really didn’t have actually, since they wouldn’t take my order. I like Taco Bell (usually) - so - I hope this place gets new management and staff soon; but if not, the neighborhood bids you “good riddance.”
When ordering a breakfast meal they had no more available. It was 9:00am. Not to mention the worker had an attitude. No customers at the time. Hispanic lady. Looks Central American. Age 24to 30

Gotta love a business that doesn't respect your time. I've been here a few times, if no reason than it's close and there's are only a few places within walking distance. Each time I wait at least 20 minutes. This time, 20 minutes in and there's still 6 people ahead of me.....than they state there are no more black beans. Requested a refund (it was a bowl), and even than this chain is too cheap to give a paper receipt, probably under the guise of 'saving the planet', more like saving thousands on paper. Go somewhere else, they don't care, and the food is extremely meh.
Last time there was hardly any meat in the 'protein bowl', so will just assume I missed out on sitting on the camode all day.
