Dining area was empty. I decided to order using the self-order checkout after I placed my order four different customers walked in and ordered with the cashier tell me why I received my order last ??? next time I should order with the cashier instead seems like they prioritize those who order at register and DONT GO IN ORDER...NOT FAIR THAT I had to wait being the 1st to order.. I went to go ask if they had received an order for Cassie... no apology .. I know you can see the time my order was placed on your screen ?? ? And should of noticed that you skipped me by 3 people instead of acknowledging the problem you give the fourth person who ordered after me their order ... and thats how I received my order last !! I Feel like I got punished for using self ordering service??

I love Taco Bell. I got frequently. I usually go to another location but decided to come to this location. I have only been once before. Immediately I noticed no one at the counter. You have to use the kiosks. I order a veggie Mexican pizza, bean and cheese burrito with no onions and a supreme crunchy taco. I get my food, brought it to the car and opened the bag and the Mexican pizza was hanging out of the box like it was thrown in there. Okay....annoying but not the worst thing. I get home, open my Mexican pizza....it has meat. I ordered the veggie. I still eat it. I then bite into the burrito I ordered....So.many.onions when I specifically ordered NO onions. I'm beyond annoyed. What's the point of the kiosks? When even when I know i ordered veggie pizza and no onions on my burrito, I still get them. I will never come to this location again. Stay away!

For anyone that goes out here... the hours say till 5am but their system won't allow you to order past 4am. Save yourself the trip just incase you got a late night craving. Their hours should reflect closed at 4am since that's when they stop selling.

Was excited to try the Chicken Nuggets with fire ranch combo. I was NOT disappointed. Both nuggets and fries were cooked to order fresh, which I prefer. We ate there and everything was so hot and fresh. Nuggets were crisp and flavorful and fries were just the way I like them! Taco Bell might have to change the name!! BRAVO

Maybe hire a more attentive team , one employee sitting on the patio doing nothing I ask her was anyone available to take my order she just continues to sit and says yes, literally had to yell or nobody else is working can i please know so i can leave or not then everyone starts popping out….delivery truck blocking the ENTIRE parking lot…..poor experience
