The customer service + execution on the sauce on steak quesadilla. I emphasized extra sauce but so many times employees can forget or just be a let down. 10/10

I was looking for something to it and was late. I saw they where open until 5am. I got in the drive thru line and waited almost a whole hour. When I got to the window the guy refused to take my order and said they closed at 4 and it was only open for doordash but there was no sign about it and even in the hours they have printed next to the window it says 7am to 5am. I would have understood if they just said something since I wasn't the only one waiting

Oct 23, 4:30 pm. $10 cantina chicken bowl with 1 bite of chicken, no sauce, minuscule amount of beans and sour cream. It felt incredibly light when I picked it up. I’ve ordered this multiple times but today was awful 😞. If I made $20 an hour as a teen at a fast food restaurant I think I wouldn’t give a crap either. I need to buy a house and raise a family while I work after dropping out of high school and don’t bother learning anything about what customers deserve for their own hard earned money. Meat tasted SOUR, OMG! inedible.

was working in the area, forgot to pack a lunch, found this Taco Bell, had their bean and cheese burrito and their new chicken cantina taco. Both were yummy, the chicken taco had nice tender chunks of chicken with a good green sauce, the tortilla wasn’t overly fried. The burrito had plenty of delicious melted cheese inside, i love it with their Fire sauce.

Waited over 35 minutes for my online pickup order and my friends order who was with me got their food stolen. Very unorganized staff were unattentive food came out slow over 10 people waiting inside for orders and drive thru was backed up. Would not go again.

The past 5 or more times I have gone to this location, I have gotten food poisoning that kept me up all night. Not normally having this problem with every Taco Bell, I am blaming it on this location. Pay attention to food safety, guys.
