I usually go to the location off Atlantic and Market but I happen to be in the area and went through the drive through with two cars in front of me. It was around 9pm. When I got to the window, I didnt get help for a solid 10 minutes. I assumed they were busy inside so I waiting for 5 minutes before I spoke up and a girl said to hold on a moment, and it also sounded like they were being yelled at inside. I wait another five minutes and I ask if I should order in the lobby and a different girl answers and says they were just handed the mic and could take my order. I had a question if I could order something there or if it was online only (I don't have the app) and she kept saying she couldn't hear me, so I spoke up and she yelled back at me NO you have to have the app for it, so after waiting 15 minutes to just order I got the #4 combo. The food was fine, but I won't come back to this location if its going to be this chaotic and there's barley anyone there.

Slow service if you want to eat here they take long with simple orders, two or three items take forever, but drive thru is feed and gone, while your order is getting pushed back and back if you're eating in or taking out ( not through drive-thru )

Went inside this Taco Bell for a Cantina Chicken Bowl to go and wow what a mess. The cashier was cool but said they ran out of forks and spoons so later I had to eat it with a plastic knife they gave me like some kind of savage. The regular drink is now this tiny clear cup smaller than a Happy Meal one and it cracked in my truck spilling Pepsi all over my clothes and seats. Total sticky nightmare. Several fountain drinks were out too not even tea just flat sadness. Tried to use the bathroom but it was locked and one worker said homeless people camp in there for hours and even clean themselves in there. Absolute disaster!

Who ever is the manager at this location around 12pm was hella rude. There was a new hire trying her best to help me at the front and this manager was yelling at her for being confused. Instead of yelling at her help her and the manager was complaining about drive through times when the lady at the front was trying to help me like it was her fault Don’t get mad because you’re pushing 40 working at a taco bell drive threw DO BETTER

They REALLY need to close this location down!!!! The food is horrible, the service is horrible (the workers just don't care) they never seem to have a manager there at night (only a shift lead) who really can't make any decisions 🤔 Better options Bellflower location and Carson and Parmount (Cal Bowl) location

I went to pick up a delivery order and all they gave me was a small bag full of hot sauce and told me that all the food was inside that little bag. I pulled around to the parking lot and tore off the sticker they use to seal the bag and there's no food inside the bag. This was not a mistake and seems like they did on purpose . When I was at the window I told her specifically that the customer ordered a crave box. They told me that everything that goes in the crave box is inside that little bag plus two more tacos. You have to bend the laws of physics to put everything in that little bag. I don't plan to pick up from there ever again.
