🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had a great experience at the Taco Bell drive-thru today! The employee Serrahnade B who took my order was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. She greeted me with a warm tone, double-checked my order to make sure it was right, and even thanked me sincerely at the end. It really made a difference in my day. The service was quick, the food was fresh, and the overall vibe was super positive. Big thanks to the team member working—your kindness and great attitude didn’t go unnoticed!

THE MANAGER IS SUPER UN CLEAN LADY WAS TOUCHING Register and kids and went straight to making food with the same gloves on when I confronted her she said she was making herself some food which is still disgusting knowing that she’s digging in the cheese that she’s given to customers after being unsanitized and we just went through Covid I’m reporting this place in everything is on video camera .

Watch out 🥶The food is great the only problem is AC to call after 9:00 p.m. you feel like 60°I talked to the manager Cynthia did they say they cannot change it for a second time in this Taco Bell 😭 I come to eat and they break into my car so be careful because I tried to get a video from the manager there's nothing they can do that's why I decide call the police and make a police report we don't do nothing nothing's going to be done be safe

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The service was terrible. I asked for no tomatoes on all of my food and it looks like they put extra tomatoes. Completely forgot my chips and cheese but charged me four dollars for them. And then I tried the new birthday cake churros and they only put one in the box instead of two. The regular tacos were a disgrace to tacos. There was no cheese, all lettuce and a little bit of meat and the shell felt like a wet napkin. Do better Taco Bell. You should be ashamed of yourself for taking a ridiculous amount of money from a customer and in return giving them this mediocre food or lack there of that I received tonight. Wow. Never again. I’ll be sure to tell all my friends and family who live right in this area to never go to this Taco Bell.

I keep going back because it is by my house, but last night was the final straw. This always seems to happen too much, last two times I ordered the extra container off cheese (not cheap) and they don't put it in the bag but they charged me of course. Then they fill it halfway. Then last night, again not the first time I stood at the register for 10 minutes with no help. They kept taking orders for the drive-through when I asked to be helped the manager said lo siento Señor. That was it I left and will not go back no matter how hungry I am
I waited at the register for a good 30 minutes today ..no one acknowledged me or said anything..I work across the street my break is only a hour and I couldn't even order a burrito in time that's horrible service.. why would yu only have 1 person working during lunch hours..that was very disappointing..better customer service and better management needed 💯. After today y would i want to go bck here to wait again

Wish I could give no stars the white skinned girl is so rude was waiting 15 mins just to order thought it was closed but when I pulled up to the window they said they were open and that I needed to go around again I was going to and then all of a sudden there was a big line instead of hanging out talking to your co worker pay attention and take people order wouldn’t recommend this spot to no one

Ordered 2 crunch wraps and 1 dorritos taco and got nothing what I ordered in drive through I honestly didn’t even have the patience to go back because I knew they wouldn’t fix it. I never been there in the day time but I can say don’t go at night they will mess up your simple order and not even try to fix it save your money ! This isn’t the first time they did this. This is repetitive
